Abstract: According to the characteristics of large space building's heating, the effect in energy saving and environmental protection is analyzed on Radiant heating and Convection heating. Then Radiant heating consists of burners, radiation pipe, reflection plate, vacuum blowers and exhausted pipe. Based on the requirement of the radiation heating system, the radiant heating controller is studied and developed with C8051F340 MCU. The control principle, control hardware, control algorithm and control software process are described. Implementation of HMI is on the touch screen by industrial series RS232 interface.

Abstract: This paper is for the problems of the 400V low voltage power capacitor reactive power compensation and for the problems existing in the transient process, resuming the principle of low-voltage capacitor intelligent technology and its implementation briefly. Propose a synchronization of reactive compensation capacitor switching on-off control system based on the micro controller and adaptive control. Real-time monitoring system is used to access system active and reactive power changes in order to extract the zero voltage signals; intelligent control algorithm is used to realize the intelligence of capacitor reactive power compensation on-spot and cutting, which greatly reduce the over-voltage and flow phenomenon produced by the capacitor in the cutting process. The result checked by actual measured shows that the device is stable, reliable, and can be effective to on-site system reactive power compensation and realize intelligent cutting.

Abstract: This paper introduces a control system of water level based on fuzzy control, describes the whole process of fuzzy reasoning. In this control system, the fuzzy controller's input and output variables are determined, and the fuzzy variable description. Then the choice of rules and fuzzy description, establishing fuzzy relationship, and fuzzy inference, and defuzzification.

Abstract: In order to describe the time-delays and faults on continuous nonlinear descriptor system using T-S fuzzy model, an observer is proposed to estimate system states, actuator and sensor faults. A fuzzy state feedback controller is constructed for faults compensations. On the basic of Lyapunov stability theory, the proposed robust fault-tolerant control method ensures the closed-loop system to be robust stability even as faults occur. The actuator and sensor faults can be diagnosed and estimated in 0.2 seconds. The performance of the proposed design method is effective in simulations.

Abstract: Modular gun propellant select mechanism is an important subsystem of the gun automatic loading system, it is used to select desired amount of modular gun propellants, which are placed in a receptacle. The distance between two adjacent propellants is short because of the small storage space, so robust precision control is important and necessary to reliably select the desired amount of propellants. The mathematical model is obtained, and nonlinear characteristics such as nonlinear friction, transmission clearance, and unknown dead-zone and so on are also considered. To simplify the problem, a simplified disturbing force model is used to replace the impulse force when the propellant, which is fastened by a hook, is freed. Considering that the system parameters are time-varying and also the system is influenced by an additional disturbance, a fuzzy sliding mode controller is designed by using the sliding mode control theory and fuzzy control theory together, the sliding mode control forces the system to move along the desired trajectory while the fuzzy control is used to reduce the chattering. Three situations, that are select one, three and five propellants respectively, have been studied, simulation results show that the presented fuzzy sliding mode controller is not only insensitive to the system parameters change and the additional disturbances, but also has high position precision.

Abstract: This paper is focused on the measure and control system for large pumping station auxiliary equipments. The design of system has advantages as follows, functions of sensing measure, compensation calculation and policy control are decentralized to the intelligent measure and control equipments in the field improve stability and reliability of the system; digitalized application eliminates the analog signal transmission errors and fundamentally improves the accuracy of measure and control; CAN-Bus has a higher data transfer rate and distribution capacity of bus resources; isolated CAN-Bus design makes the system anti-overvoltage ability strong; simple requirements of communication network wiring highlight the economy of the system. The application of the system is also described in the paper.

Abstract: In order to improve ride comfort and reduce the sense of frustration generated by the car when shifting, H robust control algorithm is proposed to optimize the design of CVT electro-hydraulic servo system. The CVT electro-hydraulic servo system is optimized by the development of system control model and the design of H∞ robust controller. The simulation result indicates that the systems uncertainties can be optimized effectively by the H∞ controller, while the systems anti-interference ability and robustness is improved obviously.

Abstract: Mill load is closely related to production efficiency and energy consumption, the purpose of mill load control is guaranteed to increase the production efficiency under the condition of safe and stable operation of the mill grinding. For ball grinding system has some characteristics of nonlinear, large time delay and time-varying, the conventional control method is hard to achieve good control effect, this paper proposes a optimization method of fuzzy control of mill load based on genetic algorithm. The control rules and membership functions has a great deal of subjectivity and arbitrariness. In order to make up this deficiency, using genetic algorithm better solve the mill load optimization. Make grinding system can safe, stable and efficient operation.

Abstract: Grinding-classification process is key links in beneficiation production; the mill load control due to the presence of large inertia lag problem, so rely on the conventional PID control is difficult to achieve the expected control effect. Based on the conventional PID control, combined the Fuzzy control and the Smith predictive control, putting forward a kind of Fuzzy+Smith+PID control method. Through MATLAB simulation study shows that, compared with the conventional PID control, the new control method has the advantages of short regulating time, small overshoot, high control precision and no steady state error.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the automatic control and measurement system of the TGP's double line five consecutive model. The water valve of locks must have multiple forms of open/close function, the control system uses microcomputer control multi-channel power stepping motor driven system, accomplish precise control according to the model test for the requirements of the valves open means .Measurement system, the real-time monitoring method, from all kinds of measuring sensor signals collection, for lock chamber filling drain hydraulic characteristic parameters and other parameters are automatically synchronized measurement. The test results show that the system is reliable, control and measurement accuracy satisfies the requirement of test.
