Abstract: A new type of electric power train system was designed for fully hybrid electric city bus, which is mainly composed of engine, power coupling mechanism, first motor, second motor, motor controller, power train controller, power battery, and Drive axle. Its main characteristics of power coupling mechanism is adoption of one planetary gear set to realize the function that can be provided by two planetary gear sets. The new power train can be manufactured with lower cost because of its simple structure with higher transmission efficiency and less faults such as oil leakage. The new system can provide five operation modes for city bus, which are hybrid driving, pure electric driving, regenerative braking, grid charging, and stop charging.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method based on image recognition technology to identify the status of the isolation Switch and Breaker in Substation. It is based on Smart robot, and can replace operator to identify the status of the Switch or Breaker after switching operation. It crates conditions for one-key-sequence-control through the research of the SIFT algorithm, Hough algorithm and KNN algorithm. The application of the Lanxi substation proved that it has a high practical value.

Abstract: This paper reports on the design and research on the micro generator. A micro axial-flux electromagnetic generator is designed as size of Φ6mm×3mm. The formulas for air density and induced Electromotive Force (EMF) were given by a magnetic circuit analysis and main design parameters of the micro generator were determined. Numerical simulation was used to analyzed the induced EMF, when the rotation speed is 10kr/min, the induce EMF in one phase is 12.57 mV; the sum of output power is 296.07μW. The results suggest that the micro generator has an ideal output, which means that the generator may be used in micro systems as the power sources.

Abstract: This article presents knowledge on the design of a large-scale Gravity Compensation System (GCS) for lunar rover. The system comprises a large-scale planar position servo system that covers an area of 900 square meters and a force servo system that generates compensation force. The major problems in system design are clearly identified so that the mechanisms and control strategies of the GCS could be better understood. Experiment results are also included to extend the knowledge on this system.

Abstract: When the optical pickup actuator moves, crosstalk force will be generated due to the non-uniformity of the spatial magnetic field, which will consequently affect the dynamic performance of the servo system in optical storage systems. In this paper, the spatial magnetic field model of the actuator is established and the concept of crosstalk degree in both tracking and focusing directions are defined. The relationship between the crosstalk degree and the structure parameters of the actuator such as the height, width and length of the permanent magnet are further analyzed, based on which the optimal structure parameters of the actuator are obtained.

Abstract: Frictional resistance is an inherent problem to traditional feeding platforms of NC machine tools, while magnetic levitation is a good solution. The structure and operating principle of a magnetic levitation feeding platform based on the hybrid excited linear synchronous motor are proposed, and the FEA to the electromagnetic force and normal force of the motor is launched using Maxwell2D. To the problem of force ripple two optimization methods are adopted by simulating to prove the feasibilities of the direct driving by hybrid excited linear synchronous motors and the frictionless feeding of NC machine tools.

Abstract: Linear ultrasonic motor has a wide range of applications in the aerospace field, which requires not only high accuracy of the control, but also the need for a stable running speed. For broadening its application, it is necessary to keep the linear ultrasonic motor having a stable speed. This paper first proposes AR module method for linear ultrasonic motor. The speed of the linear ultrasonic motor is measured by the driving and controlling system. By minimizing the targeted speed value and the actual speed value, we can keep the linear ultrasonic motor stable. This text also compares this method with the traditional PID method. The average deviation of AR is 24%.

Abstract: The optimal operation of the process is achieved as a whole by analyzing the hierarchical control system for industrial process operation based on IDEF method. A loop setting controller is projected for the generalized object consisting of the controlled process and the lower-level control system by using the IDEF method. According to the desired technical indices, the loop setting controller is able to automatically adjusts the set points for the lower-level controllers from top to bottom, meet the requirements of operation control for the production process, ensure the quality of products and stable operation of the production process.

Abstract: A repetitive control system was designed to achieve above requests, the simulation model was created in Matlab to check out its work. .then repetitive control system was also built up in Matlab, and then some simulation experiments were done to check the functions of the controller. Some experiences in design and analysis of repetitive were summarized, which can be referred by other applications.

Abstract: The paper gives the introduction of characteristics and the work principle of the three-phase stepper motor. A method based on Siemens PLC (programmable logic controller) to the three-phase stepper motor control, PLC controlled the stepper motor by changing the system control parameters corresponding program to realize the three-phase stepper motor start and stop control, positive/negative control and speed control, can improve the control system flexibility and reliability, and obtain good control and accurate position.
