Abstract: A method of port-controlled Hamiltonian (PCH) systems energy-shaping control is presented for the four-quadrant control problem of squirrel cage induction motor (IM) drive system. First, the PCH models of IM drive system are developed. Then, the PCH controllers are designed based on the control theory of closed-loop state error PCH system. The coordinated control of the grid-side and the motor-side are applied in Matlab/simulink, which the motor-side is started after the grid-side is achieved up to stable. The controlled system can be achieved that DC bus voltage controllable, unity power factor, energy bidirectional flow, IM run in the four-quadrant, etc.

Abstract: Brushless DC motor Sensorless control is the future development trend, Based on TI Companys DSP chip TMS320F28335 type of brushless dc motor without position sensor control system designed in this paper, Its basic structure and working principle are introduced. The position detector of the brushless DC motor use back EMF zero-crossing detection method. The test results show that the system has good dynamic and static characteristics, the reliability of the motor running.

Abstract: For the non-linearity, large time lag characters of rotary kiln, we use intelligent predictive control method to control it. The prediction model, scrolling optimization and feedback adjustment are ultimate constituted the predictive control system each part. Gas flow measurement is used to realize rotary kiln`s temperature predictive control,and took NN-Model as prediction model to realize the intelligent forecast. The results of simulation show that this method has better stability and robustness than the traditional control method.

Abstract: In this paper, we designed a double lifting AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) control system, and applied in automobile powertrain assembly line and axle assembly. Front and rear drive dynamics wear adopted in wheels drive mode, steering gears wear used in body rotating. Tapes were used in AGV navigation. Wi-fi was accessed to wireless for data transmission between AGVs and scheduling center. AGV and auto assembly line used PSD synchronous track detection device.

Abstract: On the basis of the computerized technological process control of sewage treatment in a urban sewage treatment plant in the Zone of Nanning, the author had brought forward a plan of PROFIBUS that based on automatic control system for sewage treatment, and designed the automatic control system diagram and the PROFIBUS network diagram for sewage treatment plant. At the same time, the author also made a study of techniques to control the sewage aeration, which was the most difficult problem in sewage treatment process. The fuzzy controller could indicate the changes of the water quality in treated sewage, effectively controlled the volume of aeration and then cut down the operation costs,it had produced good economic and social benefits.

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic performance of PMLSM, an adaptive robust controller is presented. Meanwhile, the stability of the system is proved by Lyapunov stable theory. The presented controller contains no other motor parameters except state variables. S-function based sliding mode observer is proposed to achieve the estimation of motor speed. The introduction of S-function in the observer can solve the chattering phenomenon caused by traditional sliding mode observer, and solve the amplitude and phase error caused by low-pass filter. Finally, simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

Abstract: This paper introduces a motor control application. In terms of hardware, we design and build the motor control board based on STM32 microcontroller (MCU). In software part, the code loaded in the MCU is designed to apply a feedback control on the motor based on proportional-integral- derivative (PID) control theory and the three loops control of motor. We have achieved the angular displacement and speed control of the DC brushed motor in this application. Thanks to the current loop control of the motor, the controlling performance less sensitive to the external disturbance and the robustness is better compared with the motor controller in current market like LM629. Besides, the maximum current passing through the motor can be set by user in the program, which makes this motor control board more stable and durable.

Abstract: For the single machine connected to infinite bus power system with uncertainties, one nonlinear coordinated control scheme for Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) and excitation is proposed in this paper. Firstly, in order to avoid solving the differential algebraic equations (DAEs) model of system, we simplify the DAEs into the classical differential equations, and then a new nonlinear parameter strict feedback model is given. Secondly, in order to make the system achieve the desired results, the controller is designed in two parts based on improved dynamic surface control method (IDSC) and passive control techniques. The theoretical analysis shows that the derived controller can not only attenuate the influences of external disturbances, but also has strong robustness for system parameters variety. The control law obtained is more effective and the system globally and uniformly ultimately bounded can be achieved using full nature of nonlinear dynamic. Lastly, the further simulation results indicate that the proposed controller can ensure transient stability of the power system under large sudden fault.

Abstract: Intelligent transportation system (ITS) is a complicated system, and selecting the shortest path is the core of the system. In order to ease traffic congestion of the city, through solving the shortest path, the key technology in realizing the function of ITS, and based on the analysis of traditional Dijkstra algorithm, the paper puts forward the improved algorithm. The new algorithm includes two parts, that is, preprocessing and real-time pruning research, and the effect of pruning totally depends on the division of specific diagram.

Abstract: Aim at introducing the hardware equipment of the steam dewaxing casting, automation control principle and wax model shell recycling. Realized the automation steam dewaxing based on S7-200PLC, upper PC machine monitors the whole process of dewaxing with exchanging data through HMI, and put forward the best time and pressure to aerate.
