Abstract: People are paying more attention to the design of outdoor furniture with the coming of outdoor leisure lifestyle. The using of bamboo material has become the inevitable trend in the background of pursuiting of ecological and environmental production. It indicated recombinant bamboo (RB) can be widely used in outdoor furniture through analyzing its performance such as physical and mechanical properties, processability, mildew proof and corrosion resistance. And then it summed up the guidelines of current outdoor furniture design by discussing the concept and types of outdoor furniture, which should integral with the environment, emphasize the embodiment of the artistry and the culture based on the function and technology. And it put forward the design of recombinant bamboo outdoor furniture should start from the material itself, show the bamboo culture, combine different color and texture of recombinant bamboo and chose other outdoor material to match, and guide people to further research of recombinant bamboo characteristics to improve the processing performance, durability, decoration, etc., and provide more choices for the future design.

Abstract: Paper surface efficiency (PSE), a paper property integrating gloss and absorbency, can be used to evaluate color reproduction after the interaction of paper and ink. But it was shown that the color reproduction was still related to paper whiteness in practice. In this paper, an assumed PSE formula which integrates gloss, whiteness and ink absorbency is firstly presented, and according to experimental data, it can be well forecasted that the change of these principal paper properties would affect color reproduction result via the new PSE formula. The linear relationships between new PSE formula and ink color reproduction based the description of photo-density measurement were studied subsequently. The results showed that new PSE formula can be used to predict effectively ink color effect.

Abstract: Mechanical principles are employed to analyze the working process of the modern agricultural circular bundling machine, the motion theorem of mass center of rigid body and the theorem of moment of momentum with respect to the centroid are used to give the relations between the driving force, feed roller diameter and angular speed and so on, the conclusions show the feasibility and technique in the design of the circular bundling machine.

Abstract: In order to solve the cleaning problem of ginkgo after husking, the author puts forward a design scheme of air-shaker cleaning device for ginkgo kernel and husk. The device consists of feed, fan, shaker and outlet. The parameters of shaker are determined: sieve motion direction angle is 8o, sieve angle of inclination is 20o, crank radius is 0.020m, crank rotational speed n is 320rmp. Test results show that the cleaner has steady transmission, low noise, stable performance and its productivity is 2.2t/h, loss ratio is 1.20%, cleaning ratio is 95.21%. It can meet the production requirements.

Abstract: The shortages of the original feeding system of Qidashan mine crusher performed in:The cost of the feed units was high, a total of 6.01 million yuan a year; The feed units could not make crusher full feed, caused resources waste; The feeder accounted for a large space; Move and installation were trouble. The Qidashan mine transformed the feeding system. The reformation design key issues were these: The original feed units were removed . The new feeding system took the place of them. The new steel structure beam was designed. The weight of the feeding system was born by the beam. The ore or rock was discharged into the crusher directly. The 3D solid model of the beam was built in pro/e. The 3D solid model was led into ANSYS. The finite element model was built. Conclusions: The design of the steel structure beam is rational. The results are accurate. The algorithmic method of the numerical simulation is feasible.

Abstract: This paper use a single LED light source with wide spectrum to develop a single star simulator of compact structure and high precision. In order to select the spectrum of LED as the light source of star simulators, the spectrum range of simulated star magnitude is researched through Main Star Sequence Diagram. It is found that the spectrum between 2m~7m magnitudes is basically in accordance with the spectrum range of white light. The PWM current control system with 16 bites controller is employed to adjust LED luminescence through changing the duty ratio of PWM, which ensures the error of drive current less than 0.1%. The experiments show that the LED star simulator has the characteristics of compact structure, economical and easily controlled. The simulated precision of star magnitude attains ±0.1m .

Abstract: The pH meter based on msp430 has designed in this paper, and which can accomplish all kinds of functions, for instance, data collection, data analysis, local control and telecommunication. In order to improve the accuracy of data collection we use dual high impedance differential input circuit. And choose temperature transducer DS18B20 which has a function of automatic temperature compensation to reduce the effects of temperature fluctuation on measurement. So it can achieve accurate determination of the pH value of the material.

Abstract: This paper is based on the principle of module partitioning of fractionated spacecraft, uses the concepts of relevancy of module function, matter-element, fuzzy matter-element, develops hierarchical modeling of the relevancy of module function and provides the methods of ascertaining magnitude of intermodule relationship.Basing on the study and research of compounded fuzzy matter-element, weighted and compounded matter-element and relevant compounded matter-element and taking the method of cost estimation of fractionated spacecraft into consideration, the module partitioning of fractionated spacecraft is developed on the basis of analyzing the fuzzy matter-element.By means of simulated analysis, the realization approach of the module partitioning of fractionated spacecraft has been got, which is based on the hierarchical clustering, and the validity and applicability of this method has been verified through constrative analysis.

Abstract: With Aspen Plus, three simulation models for Low-Temperature Multi-Effect Distillation (LT-MED) seawater desalination system are established in this work, which includes the parallel flow, forward flow and backward flow processes. Performance analysis including the motive steam flow, Gained Output Ratio (GOR) and heat transfer area are conducted as a function of the process type, number of effects, heating steam temperature and the effect NO. for Thermal Vapor Compression (TVC) ejection. Results indicate that the established simulation models are accurate and reliable; the process type, the number of effects and the effect NO. for TVC ejection have a great impact on the performance, while the effect of heating steam temperature on the performance is relatively weaker.
