Abstract: Optimal design of gears was complicated with much difficulty to determine the parameter of strength constraint equation, and find the optimal solution. Used BP Neural Network to approximate the relative parameter of gears optimization design which was shown by chart. Used Genetic Algorithm to search the optimal solution. The result shows that the application of Genetic Algorithm and Neural Network in gear optimization is effective.

Abstract: Based on analysis of the designing methodology of traditional spacecraft and research on various reconfigurable structures, the designing methods of variable topology-transformable spacecraft and main parts of the processing of research are put forward. Aiming to extend the mission of space vehicle, a designing method of variable topology-transformable spacecraft are established. The CADs of two designing methods are also worked out in this paper.

Abstract: According to the relationship of energy during regenerative braking, a kind of formulation method of modal driving cycles based on the theory of multivariate statistical probability distribution was proposed. The development of modal driving cycles was discussed in detal. Taking Beijing and Tianjin for example, to analyse and process data of Beijing and Tianjin road cycles, urban modal driving cycles of regenerative braking of Beijing and Tianjin was established. The validation results show that, urban modal driving cycles of regenerative braking of Beijing and Tianjin is effective, and it has practical value for the formulation of modal driving cycles of regenerative braking for other cities.

Abstract: This paper proposes a design of aerostatic guideway with the porous restriction for the vertical guideway of form measuring instrument, and analyses the design principle of the guideway.The static and dynamic characteristics of the guideway of different structures were analyzed with the software based on the finite element method, and then the optimum design was obtained by comparing the deformation and natural frequency. Finally the design of the guideway was verified by theoretical calculation and practical test that the accuracy of its various performances fully met the design requirements. The guideway can be widely applied to the form measuring instrument and other precision measuring instruments.

Abstract: Maintainability evaluation processes of the civil aircraft in the early design phase can be more visualized and efficient using the virtual reality technique. This paper presents an architecture based on virtual reality for the civil aircrafts maintainability evaluation. The research mainly focused on one of the important aspects of civil airplanes maintainability evaluation: accessibility involved in the maintenance activities. Firstly, architecture of the evaluation system was built. Then a prototype software system based on the architecture was developed. To demonstrate the usability and effectiveness of the system, a test case was presented.

Abstract: The product smaller-the-better (STB) quality characteristics are continually changing and out of specification limits because of the constant stress, wear and others after the product is put into use, which will cause loss because of the product rejected and scrapped. On the basis of the quality viewpoint that product quality loss is present worth of a loss caused as a result of its quality characteristics because its quality characteristic is out of specification and lead to product scrap after the product is put into service, the paper establishes the present worth model of quality loss of STB characteristic based on service life distribution, and proposes the calculation method on the probability density function (PDF) of the product service life based on the technical specifications of STB quality characteristic. It takes the concentricity between the inner cylindrical surface and the outer cylindrical surface of the link bushing as an example to analysis the various factors that impact on the present worth of concentricity quality loss in the new model, and contrast with Taguchi quality loss model. The results show that the new model describes an actual loss that a product imparts to society after the product is put into service, and can reflect the quality loss of STB characteristic in the product service process, and is more realistic than Taguchi quality loss model of STB. The new model extends tolerance design of STB characteristic from the manufacturing stage to the service stage.

Abstract: It explored how to create visual motion feeling with an aesthetic viewpoint Motion in Quiescence from the basic function and structure of packaging container model. In this paper, it analyze the following as the barycenter and momentum of container model, the dynamic feeling off horizontal and vertical, the dynamic feeling and the change of body structure, the dynamic modeling of ornament shape. And then it also discuss the following as the independence and relevance of local and whole shape of container structure, the coordination of molding form and perception, which present study and design points for Motion in Quiescence of packaging container molding, and also put forward a art form and some state requirements on Motion in Quiescence for shape design.

Abstract: The maintenance activity of the equipment is the basis and supports that ensure the intact rate of the equipment and adequately giving play to its capability, to insure the high efficiency of maintenance activity, it is imperative that implement the life cycle management and many positions evaluation for maintenance quality. Firstly, to discuss the countermeasure and method of the life cycle management of maintenance quality from design and application and maintenance stages; secondly, to advance the principle of equipment maintenance quality; lastly, to establish the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of equipment maintenance quality.
