The Establishing and Structural Analysis for Torque Shaft of the Shearer Based on Inventor and Algor
Abstract: The torque shaft of shearer cutting part plays a dual-function of torque transmission and overload protection when the Shearer is working. Therefore it is necessary to study the reliability of the torque shaft. First, the parameterized torque shaft model was built on Inventor and simple parametric analysis of the torque shaft was done by its finite element analysis module. The unloading groove depth 5.079mm met the overload protection requirements. Then the model was imported into professional finite element analysis software Algor to verify the results. Linear statics analysis in Algor showed that when unloading groove depth valued 5.479mm the torque shaft would be broken once the shearer overload. The results of the analysis were reliable as no data was lost during the model interaction between Inventor and Algor.

Abstract: In the coal mine of Daanshan Mining Area, based on the innate advantages of Daanshan mine in the standard management and good enterprise culture, and the efficient measures of comprehensive utilization, technology innovation, energy saving and emission reduction, environmental protection and land reclamation which Daanshan mine had taken are analyzed. The analysis shows that the objectives and priorities of the green mine construction. The result implies that the construction of green mine is a complicated and integral process, it can not be succeed without a long-term plan and careful layout. Technology innovation is the key factor, all other factors are closely linked to the increase of technology innovation. To fulfill the promise of green mine construction to improve the environment to the world, China should make policies based on the relationship between environmental protection and mining activities.

Abstract: Methods of spatial dependence test are divided into prior-test and post-test in this paper. Prior-test main includes Moran's I test, the joint LM test, the maximum likelihood LM test, robust LM test, etc. Post-test main includes conditions LM test, LR test, Wald test etc. Research on methods of spatial dependence are evaluated in this paper. It pointed out that methods of spatial dependence test are mainly based on spatial section data model. The research on spatial dependence test of the spatial panel data model needs to be deepened.

Abstract: The importance of human factors in maritime system is becoming recognized by the shipping and offshore communities. In this paper, the author is going to make an introduction of the application of human factors in maritime technology in recent years, and talk about some typical human factors challenges facing the maritime industry which are exceedingly common and need to be handled.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the home-country factors determining the rapid growth of China's ODI and provides empirical evidence based on 66 countries panel data over 1991 to 2010. First, we expand the investment development path (IDP) theory by including financial factors to establish benchmark model. Then, we explore whether China's net ODI flow is excessive or insufficient by adding China dummy. Finally, we examine the special factors driving and hindering China's ODI by introducing interaction terms. The results reveal that China's ODI level is insufficient. The economic development, export and international reserve drive the growth of China's ODI, while crowing-out effect of domestic investment and poor financing condition are obstacles.

A Study about Energy Consumption and Economic Growth in Qinghai Based on the Co-Integration Analysis
Abstract: Qinghai province was an important and special province in the western in china. Although great changes in all aspects in Qinghai Province in recent years, but due to long-term economic growth, the starting point of production and energy consumption was low, also the production efficiency was poor. There still exists the traditional mode in the economic structure with high energy consumption and low output in basic industries. This study analyzed the relationship between GDP increasing and total energy consumption using co-integration method based on 20 sets of annual data during 1992-2011 in Qinghai province. By the study we found energy development and utilization play an important role in it along with the steady and rapid growth of economy. During the past 20 years energy use efficiency has been improved greatly, but there was still a large potential for energy saving. This paper analyzes the relation between economic growth and energy consumption of Qinghai Province from 1992 to 2011 using the methods of co-integration analysis. The empirical results show that fluctuations relationship existing between Qinghai energy consumption and GDP in the short term, but in the long run there was a long-term stab equilibrium relationship between them. So there will be a lot of space of energy savings in the future relying on scientific and technological progress. Energy industry should be developed further synchronously in order to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction and sustainable development.

Abstract: Firstly, the consequence of the accident was divided into several ranks. Then we can get the risk fund by the fuzzy risk analysis. Secondly, the stochastic number of every route was produced by the computer, and then the risk of every section can be got. Thirdly, the shortest route theory can be used to get the minimum risk routes. The rationality of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm are proved by the computation and analysis of the example.

Abstract: The scientific and rational choice of the key village is the “bottleneck” in the planning and construction of new countryside and a key starting point in the urban-rural integration. The existing situation is that its geographical scope is not clear and the method of selecting it is high artificial, lack of quantitative indicators and scientific analyses. In this article, we take them as theoretical bases some basic principles of selecting the key villages site in administrative villages and the spatial interaction gravitational model, and as practical bases selecting the key villages of 98 administrative villages in Xiaogan, China. By the method of a combination of restriction analysis, calculation of attractive force, comparative analysis and public consultation, we put forward the general process and the 3343 mode: three principles, three factors, four types of key villages and three steps.

Abstract: The scientific and rational choice of key village is key to the new rural construction, mutual promotion and co-ordination between the urban and the rural in the transition period. The artificial extent of existing qualitative methods is great. Based on the space interaction principle, by introduction of quantitative methods and combination of quantitative method and qualitative method, four types of key villages are selected: the developing type, the connecting type, the trending type and the new constructing type. From the editors′ practice of new rural planning and construction in Xiaogan, they are made four typical illustrations and statistical analyses for 98 administrative villages.

Abstract: Spatial fragmentation is the current status of historic districts in China, and also the real situation of south historical district, Nanjing. This paper proposes Embedding " renaissance philosophy, reconstruct industrial and revival cultural from space form, transportation organizations, industry types and cultural activities, in order to achieve the convergence of urban culture and industry. Integration of urban spaces and activities becomes a response which meeting modern urban development and cultural continuity, maintaining economic vitality and popularity, and obtaining a win-win situation in development and protection.
