Abstract: Traditional filling disc assembly requires a lot of manual operations and the efficiency of filling disc is not high. Human-machine interface (HMI) and image positioning system of the filling disc machine are developed in this paper, and the whole system and structure are studied on the programmable control technology. The machine realizes the functions of data real-time collection and fast accurate localization. Equipment has reached the accurate filling disc, and got an excellent application in the enterprises.

Abstract: To adapt to the requirements of the charging and discharging of the lithium battery, the paper presents a three-level based bidirectional energy storage converter topology.It has strong adaptability and can manage the charge and discharge of multi-series and parallel battery module. The mathematical model of the converter is analyzed, and the two operation modes of the converter control strategy are studied; Analysis the feed-forward decoupling control of three-level rectifier, and the variable scale factor is used to control midpoint potential. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the design.

Abstract: Based on piezoelectric theory of computer jacquard circular knitting machines, the needle selectors are analyzed under various complicated working conditions. According to characteristics of the inverse piezoelectric effect, the control system for needle mechanisms is designed and the driving program is implemented by C language, which is used to test the functions of needle mechanisms.

Abstract: With the development of clean energy, lithium battery is paid more and more attention because of its outstanding energy storage characteristics .So the novel bi-directional lithium battery charger topology is presented in this paper and operating theory is analyzed clearly. It can make the energy bi-directional flow between the power grid and battery as needed. And it can also fully adapt to the lithium battery charging and discharging characteristics. Based on phase shifting control, the output voltage ripple and the inductor current ripple can be reduced in the condition of the same input and output, and the DC bus voltage can also be improved. This bi-directional lithium battery charger topology can be widely used in battery energy storage system.

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of the degree of speed stability for scanning motion, a three-phase AC permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driven by sinusoidal wave was utilized as the actuator to design a drive control system for a class of scan systems. The main performance index,the degree of speed stability was introduced in brief. With the method of parameter matching, the design of rotating speed and torque, the system was realized. The structure and system components were designed. The simulation results show that the designed control system can achieve desired degree of stability and satisfy the performance specifications effectively and rapidly.

Abstract: The reliability of electromechanical system is one of the key problems to restrict the rapid development of electromechanical system. Based on traditional reliability analysis methods, the degradation failure modes of electromechanical system are investigated, the reliability modeling analysis method based on competing mode of hard and soft failure is presented. The relations between reliability, failure rate, MTBF and failure threshold are analyzed by this method. The results can help to optimize electromechanical system design.

Abstract: With the development of modern manufacturing, it is obvious that traditional numerical control system is bad in compatibility and is expanded uneasily in function and is not flexible in human-machine interface. The open numerical control system has become the research mainstream of numerical control technology. Therefore, the open motion controller based on PC is developed in the paper. In addition, the components and design method of system are introduced in detail.

Abstract: This paper introduces a design of electronic steering wheel system of steer-by-wire. The whole system applies incomplete gear mechanism to save transmission space, and the design of stop dog mechanism can not only realize operating mode conversion under any condition, but aslo freely design force transfer characteristic and angle transfer characteristic of vehicle steering system, thus it is a renovation in steering system of engineering vehicles.

Abstract: In the paper, the liquid level control system of double-tank is built, which bases on MCGS configuration software. Taking the liquid levels of double-tank as control object, the mathematics model is built, which is used for experiment and research. Moreover, the liquid level PID adjustor of single tank is designed, and P, PI and PID experiments are done in the step signal, which has important practical significance and reference value.

Abstract: Based on the study of the Matlab rapid prototyping technology, the rapid prototyping design approach is presented, which is widely applicable to all kinds of microcontroller. Through the modification of the system target file, the automatic code generation function of the Matlab could support more microcontrollers. The rapid prototyping of in-wheel motor controller is designed through this approach. Then the embedded C codes are generated according to the vector control algorithm model which is validated by simulation, and the rapid prototyping of in-wheel motor controller is achieved. The proposed approach is validated through the comparison to hand-written code.
