Abstract: Based on the principle of deepening the use of solar which is renewable energy, we proposed a new system that utilize solar seasonal thermal storage capacity to increase existing district heating, the peak load will be met by solar seasonal thermal storage is the salient feature of this system. This article described related content of the system basic research, including system design and operation control mode, also discussed the physical model of the major part of the composition system, to lay the foundation for in-depth study.

Abstract: Pepper and Salt" phenomenon and misclassification phenomenon are serious and the accuracy is low based on pixel classification, when only use a single remote sensing image. In this article, joint LiDAR data and high resolution image together based on feature per-parcel classification,and in the image segmentation stage, texture feature is introduced, these can full use of spectral informationtexture feature and elevation information in classification, to solve same object with different spectra and same spectrum with different objects. Compared with the classification based on pixel, only use a single remote sensing image, the method based on feature per-parcel with spectrumtexture and elevation information achieved a high accuracy,96.94%, improved the classification result.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the global satellite positioning technology, computer technology, networking and communications technology, the network RTK has been becoming increasingly mature, with its application span increasingly enlarged as well. Accordingly, the application of network RTK in the relevant engineering survey are becoming more and more increasingly popular, along with its efficiency, high precision and reliability wining the favor of the majority of surveyors. This article illustrates the principles of network RTK, processes and the application of the measurement in road construction, hoping that could provide relevant theoretical references for technical staff.

Abstract: Assuming the noise from the composition of the white noise and non - white energy limited noise. H filter considers the worst condition of limited energy noise, but the influence of white noise was ignored. At the noise signal and the system norm based on the analysis, using the hybrid filter optimization index J as the optimization goal, and its physical meaning is given. Considering the merit and defect of the H2 and H filter scheme, the filter by Riccati equation solution was established. A simulation example was shown at last.

Abstract: The dynamic deflection measurement is an important component to the bridge loading test of high-speed railway bridge. Using inclinometers to test the Dynamic deflection is a good method for High-Speed Railway bridge deflection detection. In this paper, we develop a new inclinometer and a new theory to fast calculate deflection. It has been use to detect the dynamic deflection of Baishui River bridge on FuZhou-WenZhou High-Speed Railway when high speed train runs across at kinds of speed. Results indicate: comparing with the measurement results of photoelectric deflection detection system, all dynamic deflection measurement results of inclinometers are very accuracy. Their deflection curves are also similar. All results also show: Using our inclinometers to test High-Speed Railway bridge dynamic deflection can get precise results and can satisfy the dynamic deflection measurement request of high-speed railway bridge. Comparing with other methods of dynamic deflection measurement, this method is very easy to operate., do not need stop the traffic, and not affected by weather, and not need a static reference point, can measure the dynamic deflection of any beam bridge.

Abstract: Around the single station CORS system, a series of relevant experiments were conducted, the measurement was analyzed. Through base station as the center, different distances of single base station GPS-RTK measurement were carried on , the radius of actual operation and its changing law with the base station distance were obtained concluded , the measurement precision was Obtained by measuring static GPS control points,; the measurement actual coverage area positioning accuracy was confirmed, Internal, extern al accord accuracy was calculated and analyzed., the system actual service radius and The extent of different range accuracy was obtained . the results show that the single base station system is more suitable for the development of small and medium-sized cities, its actual operating radius is 28km, it can completely satisfy the city one or two traverse survey in 18 km.

Abstract: At present, most of the commercial 3D laser scanning measurement systems do work for a large area and a big scene, but few shows their advantage in the small area or small scene. In order to solve this shortage, we design a light-small mobile 3D laser scanning system, which integrates GPS, INS, laser scanner and digital camera and other sensors, to generate the Point Cloud data of the target through data filtering and fusion. This system can be mounted on airborne or terrestrial small mobile platform and enables to achieve the goal of getting Point Cloud data rapidly and reconstructing the real 3D model. Compared to the existing mobile 3D laser scanning system, the system we designed has high precision but lower cost, smaller hardware and more flexible.

Abstract: The determination method of ScSe and Re in uranium ore with ICP-AES has been developed. The determination limits of ScSe and Re are 0.03μg/ml0. 03μg/ml0.016μg/ml respectively. The RSD is less than 8% , and the recoveries are 96% ~106%.

Abstract: This paper introduced the significance of marine internal wave detecting, analyzed the status situation of internal wave measurement technique in the world, and then put forward a kind of measurement system for detecting ocean internal wave. The system can measure all kinds of environment data (temperature, salinity, depth, turbulence and so on) on a perpendicularly profile by the under-water rising-sinking platform, and it can also transmit investigation data to shore workstation by the satellite in real time or a setting time. The system is made up of rising-sinking float platform, moorage platform, callback equipment, stowing system in ship or on land and so on. The data gained can be transmitted to shore by satellite. The system can continuously work about 3 months, internal wave can be realized measured between 0-300m, the extend system can be reached to 4000m maximal depth. The system can detect internal wave effectively in long time, it has an important military and social sense.

Abstract: Technical requirements for a total station (TS) survey of highway engineering structure point positions were investigated according to the accuracy estimation of the error theory. First, an analytic model for the TS 3-D surveying accuracy was established, then, through analyses of various errors caused in operational processes, the accuracies of horizontally and vertically surveyed point positions were estimated, respectively, in different surveying conditions; and lastly referring to the construction errors allowable for different positions of highway engineering structures, the relevant technical requirements for the TS 3-D surveying operation were presented.
