Abstract: With BIM technology development in the Chinese market, there are many different BIM software invented. How according to the engineering characteristics and needs to select the appropriate software in numerous BIM products, will be save a lot of manpower and resources. These paper will based on literature research and case analysis, find out the appropriate project between BIM software and Engineering; Making up the adaptable index system by statistical analysis; Finally set up the fuzzy neural network evaluation model. Effectively to provide decision support information by this model for choosing suitable for BIM software.

Abstract: Management of construction deals with the issues of time organization of the construction process including logistical support, well-timed delivery of construction material, carcasses and goods to warehouses and construction sites. Thus, the modelling of process includes various problems based on the mathematical processes investigation. The analysis of the process organizational and technological systems in construction proves that most of them come to the queuing systems, that is the systems designated for requirement stream-processing for queuing.

Abstract: Contractor uses the unbalanced bidding strategies for the income-generating, because unbalanced bidding can link the engineering change and income-generating. However the lack of knowledge for the change of project state is the key factor that the contractor can not achieve income-generating successfully. First the thesis identified the opportunity of contractor's unbalanced bidding from the construction plan, design drawings, and project amount. By introducing the trigger mechanism to show the trigger mechanism of the unbalanced bidding, it indicates that only when the unbalanced bidding is triggered by the engineering Change the state of project will execute as expected and the profit of contractor can ultimately change from A''' to B'''. Through analyzing the change of state of project under engineering change, the thesis gives unbalanced bidding strategy for contractor.

Project management is aimed at meeting a clients requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. Project management is project management that applies to the construction sector. The construction industry is composed of five sectors: residential, commercial, civil, industrial, and environmental. A construction manager holds the same responsibilities and completes the same processes in each sector. All that separates a construction manager in one sector from one in another is the knowledge of the construction site. This may include different types of equipment, materials, subcontractors, and possibly locations. A contractor is assigned to a construction project once the design has been completed by the architect or is still in progress. This is done by going through a bidding process with different contractors. The contractor is selected by using one of the three selection methods: low-bid selection, best-value selection, or qualifications-based selection. A construction manager should have the ability to handle public safety, time management, decision making, mathematics, and human resources.
