Abstract: In order to determine the supplies of different levels newly-building housing for a certain period of time on the market, promote the supply and demand of newly-building housing into balance structure, and then urge the government to take more effective regulation for dwelling house market. This article is based on the analysis and thinking of the dwelling house filtering theory, and under the general equilibrium condition constructs the dwelling house filtering──equilibrium model.

Abstract: As we known, food is the important thing for every people, the widespread ancient Chinese proverb reflects the high degree of importance of food for the people, food maintains the basic conditions for peoples health, and food safety is not only related to personal health, but also related to national economic development and political stability. The paper include 4 parts, the first part is the conception and significance of food safety, the second part is the analysis of state quo and reason of food safety for Liaoning province, the third part is the research of food safety management problem of oversea, and the paper give out the suggestions for the management of food safety problem for Liaoning province.

Abstract: This paper presents a benchmarking study that measures operational efficiency of water service providers. The problem of measuring the operational efficiency of water suppliers is addressed by adopting a non parametric approach based on Data Envelopment Analysis. The benchmarking model uses both physical infrastructure network and financial variables. The model is implemented calculating efficiencies of 53 Italian service providers. Results show that there are important operational inefficiencies, mostly due to scale diseconomies.

Abstract: Taking human behavior into account is the key to turn pedestrian street from the tree into a semi-network, its the location of urban vitality also. The study takes Changsha Walking Street as an example, deliberated the walking system and human behavior and activities, analysis their pros and cons with examples, and made appropriate recommendations for improvement.

Abstract: Water trading is an effective method for efficient allocation of water resources, so it is essential to assess the potential impacts of water trading before the establishment of water rights trading market. The improved water rights allocation method may low down the uncertainty, although there is lots of uncertainty in the water trading for agriculture. This study compared the effects of two-part deployment method on economic profits of main crops by Game Theory method. The results show that water trading may optimally allocate water resources, moreover, the total free market could increase economic profits as far as possible; the more water users participating in water trading, the more profits the water trading can bring.

Abstract: Photodegradation of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (1,2,4-TCB) was examined in one kind of Gemini surfactant solution (ethylene dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide) and two kinds of conventional surfactant solutions (sodium dodecyl sulfate and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether). Compared with conventional surfactants, Gemini surfactants make up of two identical or different amphiphilic moieties connected by a spacer group. Under UV irradiation at 254 nm, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene was decomposed in the three micellar solutions, but the photodegradation rate of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene in the Gemini surfactant solution was 3.54% and 11.81% higher than those in other two conventional surfactant solutions respectively. Thus, the photochemical reactions of chlorobenzenes can be enhanced in Gemini surfactant solutions.

Abstract: In this study, biologically treated paper-making wastewater was treated using PAC to study removal efficiency of color as a function of pH and dosage of PAC. It was found that PAC was relatively effective in removing color from biologically papermaking wastewater. The optimal dosage, pH and stirring time were 40 mL L-1, 5 and 30 min, respectively. Effluent color after coagulation at the optimal conditions was 40 PCU, meeting requirements of Industrial Wastewater Discharge Standard of Pulping and Papermaking (GB3544-2008) . Therefore, PAC dosage of 40 mL L-1 and pH of 5 were recommended for treatment of biologically treated papermaking wastewater.

Abstract: The objective of the study was the determination of the characteristics and the potential of remediation As polluted soil of three different biochars and straws. Results showed that biochar has better properties and microstructure for heavy metals remediation. Short-term incubation remediation experiments showed that biochars could decreased biological toxicity and mobility of As.

Abstract: The combined toxicities of mixtures of six imidazolium ionic liquids on photobacterium Q67 were predicted and evaluated by using models of concentration addition (CA), independent action (IA), effect summation (ES), ES with the exponent e (ESE), ES with the power of the number of components n (ESN), and integrated CA with IA based on multiple linear regression model (ICIM). Overall, CA, IA, ES, ESE, ESN, and ICIM models can effectively predict the mixtures effects.

Abstract: China is experiencing a large scale of building construction, attracting great attention paid to debris generated by frequent construction and demolition activities for its cost inefficiency and environmental pollution. It is of great importance to better understand the magnitude and composition of the waste stream when developing rules, policies and strategies to manage this segment of the solid waste. In this study, after clarifying the definition of construction and demolition (C&D) waste according to its complex composition and diverse sources, approaches quantifying C&D waste to meet different requirements were summarized, and a simple weight-per-construction-area was employed to make an approximate estimation. Based on the main causes and status quo of C&D waste management, measures to reduce C&D waste were proposed to realize a sustainable construction industry, which include improving environmental awareness, strengthening the establishment of policy system and company waste management system, and reinforcing research and study work. This study also adds to the knowledge on research trend of C&D waste in China.
