Abstract: With the Internet expanding quickly and there being a tremendous underlying market for digital content distributing, it brings a new technology that protects digital content from pirating and destroying--digital rights management (DRM),DRM not only protects content by encrypting, but also protects the content creator and owners rights and interests. The article primarily studies the multimedia courseware DRM in the distance network learning system. It firstly introduces the DRM based theory, then presents a DRM structure model and functional model, which is very important for the ulterior development.

Abstract: A calculating method for the fault detection and exclusion (FDE) played a very important role in the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS). When the WAAS was not available, the algorithm of the FDE could provide the monitoring information for the navigation position solution. Moreover it could autonomously provide the integrity monitoring for the position solution in the complicated situation. It had a capability to detect and prevent a positioning failure which affected the navigation. The goal of the work presented in this paper was to develop an appropriately optimum evaluation of estimation methodology for assessing the integrity risk in the WAAS, which was that the Chebyshev law of large number combined with the Kalman filter. The algorithm could provide more precise integrity parameters of the satellite ephemeris error and clock error, which the method is more suitable at the master station for engineering application about the satellite.

Abstract: Computational photography and image processing technology are used to restore the clearness of images taken in fog scenes autmatically.The technology is used to restore the clearness of the fog scene,which includes digital image processing and the physical model of atmospheric scattering.An algorithm is designed to restore the clearness of the fog scene under the assumption of the albedo images and then the resolution algorithm is analysised.The algorithm is implemented by the software of image process ,which can improve the efficiency of the algorithm and interface.The fog image and defogging image are compared, and the results show that the visibility of the image is improved, and the image restoration is more clearly .

Abstract: Determining how to search for the best receiving point of the satellite ground receiving station is the main objective, when it can only be set in the area where the side lobe of the transmitting antenna in the synchronous satellite covers. The scenario of the synchronous satellite communication system was built with the help of the STK software, the method of building the antenna model was introduced. Based on the scenario, by bringing in the GA, the algorithm of how to search the best receiving point rapidly and accurately was given. The comparison of the simulation results shows that the algorithm of this paper gives a better performance on the time costing and calculation speed than the conventional method, so the algorithm given by this paper has some application value.

Abstract: As a very important distribution, contaminated normal distribution play a great role in data processing. The probability density function (PDF) feature of the contaminated normal distribution was investigated. The Kullback-Leibler distance is suggested for measuring PDF difference between mean shift model and variance inflation model. Numerical calculations show that the PDF difference of two kinds of model is related to mean shift parameter λ and the variance inflation factor α closely when the main distribution is the standard normal distribution and the relationship is nonlinear proportional.
