Abstract: This paper uses principal component analysis to discuss variables nature, which affects Internet of Things (IOT) growth from input perspective. It discusses relevance of these variables and the goals of the research. Research shows that: in the stage of IOT growth, capital investment, science and technology investment are the main variables affecting industry growth, human investment is the secondary variable. Policy support is strongly correlated with the level of IOT development.

Abstract: The structure and working principle of the virtual instrument are introduced in this article. The Virtual Instrument (VI) is mainly composed of computer hardware resources, modular instruments and utility software. Software is the core component of simulation test, whose effect is to complete the man-machine conversation and data processing, which will directly affect the detection accuracy and efficiency of detecting instrument.

Abstract: Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a global algorithm which is inspired by birds flocking and fish schooling. PSO has shown good search ability in many complex optimization problems, but premature convergence is still a main problem. A novel hybrid PSO(NHPSO) was proposed, which employed hybrid strategies, including dynamic step length (DSL) and opposition-based learning (OBL). DSL is helpful to enhance local search ability of PSO, and OBL is beneficial for improving the quality of candidate solutions. In order to verify the performance of NHPSO, we test it on several benchmark functions. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach.

Abstract: OpenSees is an object-oriented open-source finite element software platform suitable for advanced simulation of structural and geotechnical systems. Lacking of powerful pre-processor, the preparing of input scripts for OpenSees is time consuming and error-prone for large and complex models. Patran is an excellent pre-processing commercial package for finite element analysis and offers the powerful Patran Command Language (PCL) for user customization. Taking the advantage of Patran in finite element pre-processing, the finite element modeling is done in Patran and the input script for OpenSees is generated by PCL. It is an alternative approach to efficient pre-processing for OpenSees.

Abstract: After a long practice and intensive research, targeted on innovation of extracurricular teaching system, with Diversified Teaching Theory and innovative exchange systems among teachers and students, a new teaching scheme of extracurricular teaching system for Basic Computer Course based on twitter model was proposed in this paper. This teaching model was established in textbook knowledge, and adopted the theory of multiple intelligences, and combined hot issues of students concerning, and opens various Twitter topics for student. It embodied the theory of multiple intelligences in the curriculum and teaching methods, and was an important role to develop students' healthy personality and improve their overall quality.

Abstract: This paper applied the interval AHP to analyze the problems of consistency and weights of interval judgment matrixes in group decision, and applied the models of the least upper approximation and the greatest lower approximation based on interval regression analysis to solute them, and showed the differences between the two models in application by numerical analysis. In order to reduce the uncertainty in ranking weights, the study applied the weight possible value model to obtain the approximate estimate of interval weight, and then combined with the interval weight, which provided more objective and rational decision-making bases for decision maker.

Abstract: The use of FFmpeg technology, overcome the current media asset management of some defects, better play the role of media assets. In response to various types of video data, audio data, text, pictures, and other media digital data storage, inventory management, query, edit material transcoding, information dissemination, and equipment and fixed assets to conduct a comprehensive management. The results show that, based on the " technology " of mass media resources, is to promote the media industry is the motive power of development, any form of content are the media core assets. The media asset design, solve the media transmission and conversion, the ultimate guarantee of effective and complete data. Abstract: This study analyzes the specific requirements for data transmission in an integrated automation system for safety monitoring of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. It introduces the bearing method and network structure of a private wireless digital data network (DDN) based on general packet radio service technology. Moreover, the measures adopted based on the private wireless DDN system for ensuring safe data transmission are expounded. The integration of a wireless outer network and a wired inner network has sufficiently addressed the actual demands of the project. The successful application of this system can be used as a reference for similar projects.
