Abstract: The management of Chinese Tourism Hotel facilities and equipment, many of which were built in the repair single-mode run, this situation must change. Continuity characteristics due to the operation of the tourist hotel facilities and equipment. To achieve scientific and efficient management of its facilities, the fundamental way out is to carry out preventive management ,when the Chinese tourist hotels in the operation of the process.. And to implement good preventive management, it is very necessary to do real good work around the hotel equipment onset of failure period, occasional failure and deterioration failure of these three stages .

Abstract: Along with the unceasing appearance of the global environment questions, the people start to realize that the environment is very important to the humans survival. So the low-carbon ideas arise at this moment, the energy conservation and the environmental protection become the goal which the architectural industry presently needs to pursue. Then as the construction of raising architects, which is playing the very important role,because educational institution has the close relation with it. This article unified the current situation of architectural education in Lanzhou University of Technology, has analyzed some questions which exists in the architectural education, and proposed that the architectural education should unify the low-carbon ideas, has made some reform in the educational pattern, and has made the discussion to the next construction education's direction. The purpose is to raise the qualified architect who can adapt with time development, so as to fulfill effectively society responsibility of educational institution.

Abstract: Task allocation of the new product development is the key to the efficiency of product development. This paper firstly researches the principle of task partition and disintegrates the development process to acquire moderate granularity and sub-task which is convenient to manage. At last, we evaluate the key degree of development team and the comprehensive abilities of product development group, distributing the task group to the suitable product development group with the result of evaluation.

Abstract: The buffer setting and management mechanism in Critical chain method was combined with practical progress vanguard line in this paper. Then the information statistical and analysis methods of project schedule was given, and the methods are applied in project scheduling management of warship scheduled repair. With the application analysis in maintenance project shows that this methods can identify the activity chain which really lead to the lag of project scheduling. Abstract: With the rising of the nuclear power plant accident, making the knowledge base of knowledge express difficultly, the inference efficiency of the device system is decreasing as well, but the complexity of nuclear power plant has led to the uncertainty of knowledge. In order to solve these problems, the credibility factor and uncertainty propagation algorithm of the network model is applied to the knowledge representation and inference of expert system, and using the CLIPS implements the fault reasoning. Experiments shows that use of credibility factor and uncertainty propagation algorithm of the network model can effectively solve the uncertainty information and structured knowledge representation in the event of a failure, and inference efficiency of nuclear power plant is improved.

Abstract: Ladder electricity price is as a means of power demand side management. Not only can smooth the load curve, you can also take care to low-income residents, in addition also has important significance for the effective utilization of resources. For ladder electricity pricing mechanism, considering residents electricity costs at the same time, using sensitivity analysis method study the effect of ladder electricity price pricing schemes. And ladder electricity price plan data in Hubei province as the foundation, combined with local consumption situation analysis, to the further development of ladder electricity price and the pricing offer certain reference basis in the future.

Abstract: In this paper, a revised social force model in the stairs are discussed. Considering the influence of the gravity to the pedestrians in the stairs, we improve the model by adding the gravity factor, which makes the simulation more reality. In additional, we simplify the direction model of the psychological force between pedestrians considering the narrow space of the stair, and this will refine the computational efficiency dramatically. Furthermore, we also discussed the construction of the building models for the practical simulations. The experimental results in this paper shows the valid of the model.

Abstract: Consumer prices are strongly affected by consumer awareness, and the companies often retard the downtrend of consumer prices, caused by the improvement of consumer awareness, through technological innovation. Analyze the influence mechanism of sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation on the formation and evolution of consumer prices, from the perspective of technological innovation, and then compare the two different methods. Demonstrate the role of disruptive innovation to sustaining innovation on the consumer prices. In order to offer support for the enterprises with their consumer prices strategy’s generating and innovative models‘ choosing.

Abstract: This paper described the nature of disruptive diversification strategy which is based on the disruptive innovation and analyzed the difference between the two modes of diversification strategy. Then this paper revealed the misunderstanding of the traditional diversification strategy in the new market selection and product features design. Thirdly, this paper analyzed and compared the synergy effects of the two kinds of diversification strategy and described the use for disruptive diversification strategy to improve the synergy effects and the performance level of diversification strategy. The results show that compared to the traditional market-oriented diversification strategy, disruptive diversification strategy can be better achieved the synergy effect in different business units and improves the performance level of diversification business.

Abstract: The restore algorithm of the image blurred by motion is proposed, and a mathematical model based on motion blur system is eomtrueted£®The Point spread function of the motion blur is given According to the characteristics of blurred images the parameters of point spread function are estimated ,and three methods are introduced for image restoration. The three methods are inverse filtering of image restoration, Lucy-Richardson image restoration and Wiener image restoration. The principles of the three image restoration methods are analyzed. The motion blurred image restoration experiment is made. The results show that the visibility of the image is improved, and the image restoration is more stable.
