Abstract:

Articles for shell parts CNC machining process, project analyzed and discussed. Analysis of case processing factors affect the gun balance beam gear rotating parts; proposed economic program of quality assurance measures and casing processing; This paper will compared to the original process and improvement process, the shell process, to do this re-determine the economic process and the causes of quality problems and the economical process scheme according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises.Quality assurance measures; proposed economic projects introduce a key process in the process modified process, reasonable development of technology programs, the use of general machine is a reliable way to achieve better economic efficiency.
