Abstract: Project is the lifeblood of construction enterprise, weak management capabilities of project will cause low operation efficiency and resource waste. According to the management characteristics of construction enterprise, the business layer should be in the core of management architecture. It is necessary to strengthen project management by information circulation to eliminate the internal information islands. At the macro level, a closed circulatory management model for construction enterprise based on information platform is constructed. In order to get the effective management control of project at the micro level, the project management control model from information flow perspective is suggested.

Abstract: The storage theory which plays a unique role in the application field of inventory management and spare parts adjustment has received extensive attention and application. However, the current researches on the application of the storage theory of intermittent return warehousing management are not sufficient enough. Under the support of the deterministic storage principle, this paper centers on the research of solving the problem of the optimal scheme of construction enterprise formwork inventory with the storage theory.

Abstract: Schedule control is one of the main tasks of engineering project management, and effective schedule management is an important means of realization of project objectives. The traditional project schedule management is lack of dynamic adjustment and update, and various drawbacks of the method have been appeared. Last planner system (LPS) is a kind of schedule management of project based TFV theory of lean thinking, which transfers the traditional "push" system into "pull" system for schedule management. Based on the master schedule, look-ahead schedule and weekly work plan, schedule management with LPS will facilitate the realization the projects schedule objective.

Abstract: The accuracy of land value directly affects the size of the project development profit in real estate development project, more will be related to the project success and failure. According to the characteristics of the real estate development, land prices in the mature real estate, on the basis of influence factors, the grey correlation analysis model is set up by using the value of developed successful plot, to estimate the land value, and combined with examples to provide a reference for scientific decision-making to real estate developers.

Abstract: As the outerwear of a building, its color is one of the most significant features of a city. During thousands years of development the colors not only served for protection and decoration, but have been endowed with many intensions in the field of philosophy, politics, religion, culture and so on. Hence there has been formed a unique and integrated culture of colors. As many other cities, Xian is faced with the problem of maintaining its feature in the course of its development. On the basis of protecting the original style and features of the old town, delivering the profound cultural deposits, exploring the connection between traditional culture and modern architectural creation has become a common starting point for the architects in Xian. Based on the culture of Tang dynasty, the new Tang dynasty architecture is a bold attempt to shape a modern city and is also a direct reflection of the architects feeling about Chinese traditional architecture. In this paper, the writer studied the relationship between the colors of the new Tang dynasty architectural style and the creation of the modern Xian architecture from the point of architectural history and architectural design. Also, the paper explored its impact and inspiration on the modern architectural creation of Xian from the perspective of time feature. Moreover, it disclosed the value of the new Tang dynasty architectural style in a modern way and provided references, enlightenments and new ideas for the modern architectural creation in a historic city.

Abstract: Bidding stage is one of the important stages of cost control of project construction, which is a form of beforehand control and active control. In order to make rational use of construction funds and pursuit investment returns to a greater extent, the employer should strengthen the construction cost control in the bidding phase. To begin with, this paper analyzes the significance of construction cost control in the bidding phase, states the form of expression of construction cost in the bidding phase, and focuses on the analysis of influence factors of cost control in the bidding phase. Finally it puts forward some countermeasures to prevent the risk of project cost control in the bidding phase.

Abstract: Redundancy has penetrated into literature, art, architecture and many other areas with the arrival of redundancy era, which significantly impact on architecture. This paper discusses the important role of redundant space, also called non-utility space, in architecture from four dimensions of philosophical view within redundant space, material and spiritual value of space and serving as medium space, using a philosophical way of taking architecture as part of historical events.
