Abstract: Scalar point multiplication operation on elliptic curve is the most expensive part of the elliptic curve cryptosystem, also has always been the hot spot of the research. Recoding the positive integer and reducing the amount of inversion in the operation are the two main ideas. Abstract: Cloud computing technology is an innovative IT application mode, which integrates computing, storage, network, information services infrastructure, operating system, application platform, WEB services and software resources. By using cloud computing technology, users can use many different services though the internet. This technology is the result of a variety of technologies evolution and integration, including distributed computing, grid computing, utility computing, visualization's technology, and SOA, etc. This paper introduces cloud computing principles and analyzes the necessity, key points and difficulties of the simulation cloud computing project of power system.

Abstract: In this paper, the apple juice was used as the experimental medium, the main factors, such as the evaporating temperature, feed rate, temperature difference of the heat transfer and concentration, were analyzed, the heat transfer of the juice was studied on a heat pipe evaporator, a dynamic model of the apple juice during the constant volume heat process was built up, the heat transfer during evaporation, affected the heat transfer properity in evaporating process were investigated, the experimental relating formula was obtained finally. The above informations could provide some help to design new evaporators and optimize the fruit juice concentrating parameters.

Abstract: Man-made boards often made use of waste wood materials. China is one of the worlds largest manufacturers and consumers of man-made board applications. Application of the law of evolution with a S-shaped curve could contribute essentially to the accuracy of the long-term forecast. This research seeks to determine the current stage and the position on the S-curve of man-made board technology in China on the TRIZ evolution theory and introduce a methodology which combines patent analysis and technology life cycle forecasting to find a niche space of man-made technology development in China.

Abstract: An eco-innovative product design method integrating the concept of green design, process technology, product structure, material selection and other effects. Eco-innovative design evaluates how a product impacts the environment during its entire life cycle. Each system will thus follow one or more patterns of evolution as given by Altshuller. This paper attempts to indicate how TRIZ tools and MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) can be used in eco-innovative design research activities. An idea generation support method by using TRIZ is proposed.

Abstract: Coal blending technology is commonly used in coal-fired thermal power plant in recent years to ease cost pressures. But thermal power plants still use empirical formula to determine the economic fineness of pulverized coal. This approach cannot change economic fineness of pulverized coal based on the proportion of blending coal timely and accurately, resulting in increasing carbon content of fly-ash and reduced combustion efficiency of boiler. In this paper, a new method for determining pulverized coal economic fineness is proposed. Dry ash-free basis volatile, coal uniformity index, ignition temperature, proportion of blending coal are considered as parameters. According to the relationship between these parameters, the best coal fineness can be obtained in real-time. Influences of coal blending technology are reduced greatly and the accuracy of the economic fineness is improved.

Abstract: This paper addresses the Steelmaking Continuous Casting production scheduling problem (SCC) with power consumption as the main objective. An encoding and decoding scheme is proposed and an effective Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) is presented to solve it. Simulation experiments indicate that EDA can solve the SCC problem efficiently and has fast speed of convergency.

Abstract: Power generation resource joint scheduling optimizing is of great significance for electric power system run economically and to achieve energy saving targets. To compare multi-types power generation resource scheduling models economic and environment benefits under different scheduling objectives and constraints, this paper took the unit output, generation resources, pollution and other aspects of constraints, respectively, took the lowest coal consumption and the smallest pollutant emissions as the target established the contract power, the energy-saving generation dispatching optimization model. Then introduced Shapley Value method, and based on it, established a generating profit distribution model. The simulation results show that energy-saving generation scheduling model can significantly reduce pollutant emissions, and Shapley Value method is better to take the profits of each generation resources into account.

Abstract: Power exchange needs to design a mechanism, which can achieve the internalization of environmental costs of power generation enterprises, thus maximizing the social environmental benefits. Two-stage optimization models of energy-saving and emission-reducing for coal-fired power plant are established. In the first stage model, maximums of the social environmental benefits and energy-saving effect are taken as the objective functions with consideration of the unit output constraints, load constraints and emissions constraints, etc. In the second stage model, maximums of power generation enterprises profits are taken as the objective functions with the constraints of KKT conditions of the first stage model. The proposed marginal incentive pricing mechanism not only controlls CO2 emissions from the total amount, but also improves emissions treatment initiative of coal-fired power generation enterprises. A numerical example shows that the proposed model and algorithm can achieve the effect of saving energy, reducing emission and encouraging competition during the process of generation.
