Abstract: In this paper, a novel signal blind separation using adaptive multi-resolution independent component analysis based on sparse component is presented. This method separates mixed signal based on quadratic function and sparse representation. The quadratic function can be interpreted as the time-frequency function or time-scale function, or other. The sparse expression is the original signal through the dictionary to get their coefficients. Most of the coefficients is very small, close to zero, can greatly save separate computing time. At the same time this method can filter out the noise. The argorithm extends the separate technology from time-frequency domain to sparse mutil-resolution domain. The experimental result showed the method can be effective separation of mixed signals. And it shows that the method is feasible.

Abstract: It is studied that Modern Design Methods based on Pro/Engineer software. The building process of rapid design platform of gear box is given systematically by applying top-down design techniques of data sharing mode, parametric modeling tools of standard parts, interchangeable parts library and kinematic simulation analysis methods. The solid modeling and simulation analysis of gear box is completed. The rapid design platform can provide technical support for manufacturing companies to adapt to quick changes of market and to research and develop series products efficiently.

Abstract: On the market today, the hardware and most software of CNC system are not exclusive and incompatible, and the system institutions vary, which makes the control systems of different manufacture relatively independent, closed to each other. In order to break this situation, this paper conducted a project design on the hardware and software of CNC system which is based on PC platform. On the hardware, ultimately determine the NC embedded PC architecture, design and motion control card based on PCI bus; in the aspect of software design, use Windows2000/XP operating system to achieve multitasking real-time CNC control, and design the software in the Visual C++ environment .Using the platform to achieve the application of the laser welding system, the design is proved to be feasible, it also reflects the basic idea of the open architecture.

Abstract: Architecture of engineering system can dominate software function and style. Selecting multiplayer architecture to sever as the principal part, Bridge Master, which consists of man-machine alternation layer, basic operations layer, application platform layer, function module layer and system management layer, is developed for bridge structure analysis. This paper analyzes the composition of the systematic structure to improve efficiency of engineering design and make designer using easier. On the basis of aforementioned analysis, the developer can strengthen systemic function on the aspect of individuation. Besides these, it also builds up the preliminary fundament based on which a new generational bridge integrated CAD system can be developed further.

Abstract: This paper exploits the combination of VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) and Java for the construction of highly interactive products. The products are modeled in vrml, which allows the definition of a Java program to process and generate events that determine the interactive of the product. An application for the generation of Java graphical interfaces was developed, aiming to establish the communication between the user and the vrml product, sending parameters to the program that controls the product.

Abstract: Flanging and bending forming processes of the crossmember in car intermediate floor are investigated respectively by using numerical simulation technology. The numerical model of the crossmember was established and its press forming effect was simulated to determine the feasible process parameters affecting its manufacturability. Forming limit diagram and thickness distribution diagram are used to evaluate simulation results of different process schemes. And then optimum values of process parameters for flanging and bending are found, which can reduce the tendencies of wrinkling, springback and crackling during the stamping of the product.

Abstract: In order to solve the freeform surface spray planning problem in spray industrial, this article proposed a model of the spray gun and description of the spray procedure. Then, the article presents a rapid planning method based on CAD model of the workpiece. With this method, the spray trajectory is constructed by the path points normal vector and S-shaped path using CAD model. In ABB's RobotStudio simulation software, a spray experiment is carried out. The simulation results show that this method can effectively simplify the offline planning process and save processing time.

Abstract: In the era of the new economy, research on freight transport and logistics in urban areas can not ignore the impact of the internet on society. From the point of view of e-commerce, the Web is joined in the daily life of the Italians not only for the growing opportunities to shop at better conditions than the other channels, but for the enormous possibilities that the Internet provides for those who has time, desire and interest to search the site data and useful information to make more effective shopping for a product or a service. The effects of these changes on the transport demand are manifold: on the one hand, the use of virtual activities replaces a series of physical movements, on the other hand the individual who carries out these activities virtually could use the time saved to perform other tasks or perform another type of movement. No less important are the impact of e-commerce on the distribution, since the online purchasing determine, in a specific area, a number of points to be served with high variability and, therefore, quite different from the default items identified by the traditional commercial structure of that area. In the present work some studies on the effects of e-economy and e-commerce on passenger transport and freight transport are detailed and the processes of acquisition of the database for the development of a behavioral model for simulating consumers choices about e-shopping and shopping in trade are defined. The model allow to predict the effects of new technologies on consumers habits and act on demand, focusing on services that may mark the success of innovative approaches to the management of urban transport. The specifications, calibration and validation of models to choose between e-commerce and physical commerce are presented.

Abstract: Traffic safety has characteristics of long-term and arduous, and continued safety is the essential goal of safety, the continued safety of Yangtze River shipping is not only an important part of Yangtze River safety culture, but also a concrete manifestation of long-term safety mechanism. This paper analyzes the affecting factors of the Yangtze River shipping safety, from the perspective of sustainable safety, extract with operational index of safety evaluation, construct of the Yangtze River shipping safety evaluation model, combined with the improved analytic hierarchy process , estimates the main aspects that affects the continued safety of the Yangtze River shipping , and the research results can provide scientific basis for the long-term management of Yangtze River shipping safety.

Abstract: The H robust control problem of linear uncertain system is studied in this article. With international business has expanded largely in all areas of the world, some problems have also appeared in the global supply chain system. The causes of these problems are mostly from the demand and time uncertainties, so we set up a dynamic cooperation system model to reflect these uncertainties. In a further way, we propose the H robust control strategy and LMI algorithm to reduce the uncertainty influences. And using of SIMILINK tool to make simulation analysis of the system is shown at the end of this paper. Through the setback control of inventory state to restrain the disturbance of uncertain factors, we can achieve an ideal state of global supply chain system in the long run.
