Abstract: The paper puts forward an algorithm for multi-resolution terrain model generation based on quadtree. This algorithm puts elements as view-dependent and terrain relief into the evaluation standards for level of detail and raises appropriate methods to remove cracks in the course of terrain generation according to the law of node partition and rendering. In drawing terrain, optimized display technologies as frustum culling, backface culling, triangle fan and static data storage. Test results show, this algorithm can realize the real-time visualization of large-scale terrain.

Abstract: After analyzing the problem of the sharing and reuse of diagnosis knowledge in the diagnostic domain under open-architecture ATS environment, the method of software portability and extensibility of ATS information model is put forward in this paper. A genetic ATS open software system architecture of diagnosis information sharing of weapon equipment based on SOA is established, in which information sharing service and test function service are defined using service-oriented idea. It provides a method for high efficient equipment support.

Abstract: This paper based on ANOVA (ANalysis Of VAriance) presents an investigation in the design of signal via in multilayered printed circuit boards (PCB) technology from a signal integrity point of view. Using the concept of the orthogonal array (OA), different vias physical aspect ratios have been set in the analysis. The impacts of these parameters are investigated with the help for a full-wave electromagnetic simulation soft HFSS. This study demonstrates the factors which is the most influence on the signal integrity.

Abstract: The video coding standard of a new generation, high efficiency video coding ( HEVC ), is a video coding standard of JCT-VT under planning, mainly orienting toward high definition television (HDTV)and video coding system. From the start of the basic structure of HEVC, this paper not only introduces comprehensively the key HEVC technologies in intra-frame and inter-frame predictive estimation, orthogonal transformation, filter compensation and entropy coding but also points out the hot issues and the latest research direction.

Abstract: In order to realize shore-based target precision strike for the big caliber naval gun weapon, and resolve the problem about target location using by image information, a target location algorithm based on image registration is proposed. Firstly, the SURF features of target image and satellite image are extracted, and matched feature point pairs are obtained by the nearest neighbor role. Secondly, transformation parameters are estimated by RANSAC algorithm to achieve image registration, and the position information of target is obtained. Finally, the targets position parameters relative to the ship are calculated by Bowring formula. Experiment showed this algorithm could achieve target location accurately.

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of 120 kHz PLL signal source system is presented. Its based on the principle that changes in feedback voltage at a constant surge frequency which is related to reference voltage. At the same time, combine an actual test circumstance; the abnormity of signal lock is analyzed. Based the conclusion and the mode of interior parts, we take a simple adjust measure. The abnormity of the signal source is avoided availably.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel algorithm of edge detection using LUV color space. Firstly, according to peer group filtering (PGF), a nonlinear algorithm for image smoothing and impulse noise removal in color image is used. Secondly, color image edges in an image are obtained automatically by combining an improved isotropic edge detector and a fast entropy threshold technique. Thirdly, according to color distance between the pixel and its eight neighbor-pixels, color image edges can further be detected. Finally, the experiment demonstrates the outcome of proposed algorithm in color image edge detection.

Abstract: Scan registration plays an important role in robotics. The problem is to figure out the optimal transformation between two frames of data points, reference points and scene points. One approach to perform this task is using Normal Distribution Transform (NDT). The concept of NDT is to convert reference point cloud into Gaussian mixture distribution and then match scene points with this distribution. Nevertheless, this approach is likely to suffer from local optimum problem especially when the initial transformation error is large. Therefore, in recent researches, multi-scale registration technique is applied. In this work, multi-scale registration can be achieved by using polar scan clustering with different degree of separations. In registration problem, polar scan clustering has advantage over other clustering approaches because it is aware of the fact that the structure of data obtained from laser range finder is sorted by measured angle. To evaluate the performance of our approach, the experiment is conducted to compare transformation error resulted from our approach and a recent approach. As a result, the result from the proposed approach is better than the recent one significantly.

Abstract: The effect of arbitrary orientation in the magnetic field on the entanglement and dense coding of a two-qubit XX model is investigated. The concurrence and optimal dense coding capacity are calculated for different orientations of the magnetic field. It is found that the entanglement can be maximized by rotating the magnetic field to an optimal direction at given temperature. Furthermore, there exists critical concurrence Cc, beyond which the thermal state is unfeasible for optimal dense coding.

Abstract: Enhanced feedback voltage of common mode feedback (CMFB) circuit is designed in this work for CMOS data sampling application using 0.18-μm Silterra process technology. The double error detecting point circuit is employed to associate with the feedback point in order to prevent the undesired voltage common mode at the output of operational transconductance amplifier (OTA). The PMOS input transistor for injecting the common mode voltage is used to fit in the limitation of voltage division in low power design. The feedback voltage is strongly pushed to have a stable value as to make the outputs of differential amplifier circuit swing at a nearly constant voltage at 1.2 V for enhancing accuracy of data converter.
