Abstract: This paper illustrates detection principle and detection method of thermal performance parameter of solar collector tubes, design a device to detect thermal performance parameter of solar collector tubes. This device adopts S3C2440 microprocessor which is developed with ARM920T core and embedded Linux system as hardware platform and develops the application program. This device could achieve real-time multitasking function detection of the thermal performance parameter of solar collector tubes, at the same time the device will transfer the data to computer via LAN communication. Due to the application of ARM and embedded Linux system make the intellectualized degree and operating speed of the device improved greatly, while it can realize real-time multitasking function.

Abstract: Industrial areas using FPCB are broadening from simple conection for bending of rigid PCB to main component of elecronic equipment. Fume is generated by melting of adhesion material during the hot press process for manufacturing of FPCB. Release film sheet is used for elemination of gas and absorption of shock in the hot press process. In this paper, release film automatic adhesion machine for hot press process is developed, and ultrasonic welding condition is proposed for optimization of adhesion strength between release films. The performance test of developed machine is conducted.

Abstract: . Design an intelligent concentrator of heat meter reading system for residence and illustrate the principle of M-BUS communication. Develop the communication protocol of M-BUS between heat meter and intelligent concentrator. ARM9 processor is adopted to be the core of the hardware construction, the software of the concentrator adopted embedded Linux, modular hardware drivers and functional design are placed in this device. Develop the data receive circuit and data send circuit of M-BUS of concentrator and application program. M-BUS communication protocol is used to implement the data transmission between the concentrator and the heat meters. This device has the features of security data transmission, convenient reading and strong real-time.

Abstract: A 16-bit multi-channel simultaneous sampling ADC of wide analog input was designed. This ADC had a maximum conversion rate of 250[kSPS]. The ADC was implemented in 0.6[um] 2P3M standard CMOS process+high voltage CMOS process. For ±10 [V]/10[kHz] sine analog input and 250[kSPS] sampling rate, the testing result of the ADC at room temperature is that INL is 1.7[LSB], SINAD is 85.3[dB], EFS-is 0.055[%FS], EFS+ is 0.039[%FS].

Abstract: Chromatic confocal technique application in displacement measurement is studied theoretically and experimentally. a set of refractive lenses are designed and a measurement system is established. Correlation fitting method is proposed to fit spectrum curve and find peak wavelength. Results with use of correlation fitting method are compared with Gaussian and smoothing spline fitting methods. It indicate that correlation fitting method have higher extracting accuracy of peak wavelength and smaller RMSE of linear fitting due to narrower and smoother correlation curve.

Abstract: A watermarking technique for true-color image based on double random phase encryption method and digital holography is proposed. Three different watermark images are encrypted into three holograms, respectively. Then, three holograms are hiding into a true-color image. Watermark extract method has also been described detailedly. Simulation Results indicate that our proposed watermarking technique can resist physical attack well and has a high security degree of hidden information.

Abstract: Various applications using a camera system have been developed and deployed commercially to improve our daily life. The performance of camera system is mainly dependent on image quality and illumination conditions. Multiband camera has been developed to provide a wealth of information for image acquisition. In this paper, we developed two applications about image segmentation and face detection using a multiband camera, which is available in four bands consisting of a near infrared and three color bands. We proposed a multiband camera system to utilize two different images i.e. color image extracted from Bayer filter and near infrared images. The experimental results showed the effectiveness of the proposed system.

Abstract: Buying expensive agricultural produce and fruit such as durians that are unripe can result in a bad experience for a consumer and a loss in profit for a retailer. Therefore, the study of durian striking sounds to create an automatic method of recognizing the ripeness of durians without cutting or damaging them is interesting because it could benefit shoppers and the fruit industry. To solve the problem, the following method of recognizing unripe and ripe striking signals is proposed. First, in the recognition process, the spectral features of the signals are extracted. Then, acoustic models of durian striking sounds are created using syllable-based Hidden Markov Models (HMM). Finally, sequences of syllable-based unripe and ripe durians and defined possible durian ripeness results are applied to recognize the ripeness. Average ripeness recognition rates of more than 90.0% were achieved when using any number of strikes from one to five. When the number of strikes was limited to four and five, higher recognition rates of 95.0% and 92.0% were achieved for the untrained and unknown test sets, respectively. An average total recognition time of less than 80 milliseconds was taken to recognize the unripe and ripe durian striking sounds. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is a time-efficient, accurate and effective way of recognizing durian ripeness.

Abstract: Plants have developed a variety of responses to extreme temperature situation in order to minimize damage and maintain cellular homeostasis. Recent research has revealed the involvement of heat stress proteins in thermotolerance in Arabidopsis. However, it is still obscure in strawberry plants. To identify heat stress responsive genes in strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa), we constructed a Transcriptome for strawberry and it was compared to Unigene annotated in several available proteomics, including Nr, COG, KEGC, and Swissport. Nineteen candidates with complete open reading frame (ORF) of 191 predicted genes encoding HSPs or HSFs were further analyzed. RT-PCR assays and heat stress induction analysis for these potential HSPs and HSFs were performed. Our data demonstrate that the prediction of potential heat stress responsive genes from our created Transcriptome for HSPs and HSFs, respectively, correlates well with the subsequent experimental results, indicating the Transcriptome we constructed could be translated into other scientific use.

Abstract: Anomaly detection of hyperspectral is a hot issue in the remote sensing field. Anomaly detection algorithms currently proposed can be classified into two class, global algorithm and local algorithm. Global algorithm may lead to miss alarm since the discrimination is not accurate enough. On the contrary, local algorithm may bring about false alarm because of lack of global statistics. An improved RX algorithm integrating local and global statistics is proposed. Firstly K-means algorithm is carried out to cluster the whole image into K class which is determined with a virtual dimension estimation method. Then the improved RX is proposed by integrating the global cluster information and the local statistics. Experiment results show that the improved algorithm can obtain a better detection performance than RX algorithm.
