Abstract: In this paper, a novel high isolation switch was designed and optimized on high-resistance silicon substrate with all-metal beams. The RF MEMS switch was modeled with gold surface micro-fabrication process. To obtain a low actuation voltage and a better isolation, a folded structure in the shunt part of the switch and a short capacitance in the series part were designed, respectively. By combining the series and shunt switches, the mixed structure offered a wide range (DC-40GHz) with excellent isolation better than-35dB and insertion loss less than 0.72dB at the same range, making it promising for applications with wide frequency bands.

Abstract: Operations research as a branch of comprehensive and multidisciplinary cross science, there are two types of decision problems. The first one is how to make use of resource to fulfill the tasks as much as possible. The other one is how to Using the least amount of resources to complete a certain task. The planning model about resource utilization in the factory is built through the investigation and analysis. It uses limited resources to complete the production task at most. In the actual problems of the university financial management and daily life, multi-target optimization is necessary. Analytic hierarchy process is used to built Hierarchical evaluation model and make decision of how to select school for graduate education.

Abstract: Considering the actual requirements of data and process management in agricultural machinery product design, a Windchill-based PDM system is proposed for agricultural chassis products design regarding its system architecture, data models and functional modules. Specific workflow models and data models are built to provide a collaborative platform for the product data management. It consists of seven major functional modules such as data management, data search, management of team, version and permission and system integration, etc. Its implementation methods will provide a useful guide and application for the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises to achieve rapid design of their products.

Abstract: The thin wall stainless steel castings is difference to ordinary steel castings in foundry technology. This paper discussed the problems of thin wall stainless steel castings which appearing in the flow controlling board for warm-air pipe, and put forward the foundry technology of this stainless steel castings based on the principle of directional solidification and fast pouring mechanism. According to the theory, twin gating system has been designed for the controlling board castings, and two ladles are pouring into the open twin gating system at the same time. The shrinkage of finally congealing part was fed by two risers. The practice has shown that the design is feasible, there is not cold shut, misrun, scab, and oxidizing for the castings, and the requirements of mechanical properties can be met.

Abstract: Traditional supply chain theory often assumes perfect alignment between system inventory and actual inventory. However, inventory information is usually inaccurate due to many reasons in practice. We hereby describe an expended newsvendor model with inventory inaccuracy who wants to remove this negative effect by investing RFID system. By analyzing the best respond to market factors (commodity availability caused by inventory inaccuracy and tag price of RFID), we generate the optimal order quantity of newsvendor (retailer in this paper) and his minimal regret value. Unlike other paper describing uncertain parameters with probability function, we use only upper limit and lower limits to display demand. We adopt robust deviation criterion to minimize the absolute regret and treat it as the determine principle. Finally, we achieve a result that when commodity availability or tag price meets some specific conditions, investing RFID can be rather profitable. Keywords: inventory inaccuracy, robust optimization, RFID technology

Abstract: The optimization of check-in counter number and the efficiency of check-in system are the common demand of the airport and the airline. The former research on the optimization of the check-in system rarely involved the use of self-service check-in counter, in view of the use of self-service check-in rate will continue to rise and is likely to become the dominant check-in mode in the future, This paper will quantitative analysize the relationship between self-service check-in counter and the check-in system efficiency, it will give the check-in counter number when the optimal operation efficiency of check-in system based on the queuing theory. Finally, combined with a typical airline flight plan data to analysize the model efficiency, the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: The increasing complexity of products and consumer interests is facing more and more challenges to production planning. An innovative approach, which facilitates efficient planning, is represented by a model-based approach using the concept of the Digital Factory. In order to realize the vision of virtual production, modular solutions like simulations or optimization tools are merged into a holistic model that provides a digital mapping of the entire production process. In this work, a framework is described, which is capable to integrate planning modules by using an integrative information model. Based on intelligence approaches, multiple data is linked to reach a vertical integration of the information flow. These cross-linked data structures facilitate a consolidation of data from different levels of the production monitoring and management layers. The provided information is used to establish decision support systems, which enable an entirely holistic factory planning. The advantages of the approach are demonstrated by a process chain formation use case.

Abstract: This paper describes a genetic algorithm to solve the single machine scheduling problem with setup times, which uses the fixed two point crossover operator (F2PX) to produce new offspring chromosomes and uses the roulette wheel method in the selection of the chromosome population. In order to avoid the premature convergence we use a neighborhood based mutation operator to conduct disturbance in our genetic algorithm. Through the application of this genetic algorithm in practical scheduling problems, the effect of the genetic algorithm proposed in this paper is remarkable.

Abstract: According to characteristics of the project characteristics, fault tree analysis method is adopted and fault tree model is established to decompose the reasons that affect the project schedule layer by layer. Taking a dam construction project as an example, according to the degree of structural order, various factors are explored to calculate the degree of influence of the delay in progress, and the corresponding measures are proposed to control the schedule.
