Abstract: An In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) monitors the location and status of the remote vehicle status. In this paper, we introduce an integrated IMVS suit for various vehicles types. Based on the state of art IMVS, this system realized some improvements on it. These improvements include report interval, fuel consumption, spotting the target, administrative boundary electronic fence, and big data. These improvements amplify the practicability, expand the use scope and improve the efficiency of IVMS.

Abstract: Nowadays data centers have been becoming increasingly important for various web applications, huge amount of cost is invested to maintain good performance of data center. Whereas some studies indicated that TCP Incast phenomenon was widely observed in most of data centers, which results in congestion in data centers and damages the performance of data center greatly. Thus some congestion control mechanisms for data center have been proposed to solve the problems. These mechanisms are categorized and described in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of these mechanisms are analyzed. Subsequently, some new interesting topics which may be worthy of further study in congestion control mechanism on data center are presented.

Abstract: Existing methodologies based on the request/response model for system software design, rooted in principles of object-oriented design, lead to tightly-coupled interactions, and lack coordination capacities. The publish/subscribe (P/S) paradigm is particularly suitable for loosely-coupled communication environment. A design of event and subscription models under an object-oriented environment was motivated by the idea of using P/S paradigm for an object-oriented environment. A compiler subsystem for object-oriented P/S Systems was studied. In the subsystem, its form, working process, and typical algorithms were analyzed from the point of object-oriented and technology of P/S paradigm separately. Experiment was simulated in the following two aspects: users model and middle code generation, and shows that using the P/S service improves the usability of P/S systems.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the implementation of vertex transformation and triangle clipping in the field of 3D acceleration. A dedicated matrix accumulating architecture is proposed to multiply transformation matrices and generate an accumulated transformation matrix. Then the accumulated transformation matrix is used for per vertex transformation. A combined clipping algorithm of Cohen-Sutherland and Sutherland-Hodgeman is adopted to accelerate triangle clipping. In addition, the clipping process is pipelined in order to increase the throughput. Experimental results show that our implementation can reach more than 25% performance higher than traditional method.

Abstract: Algorithm and principle of anomaly detection technique based on a chi-square statistic was designed. In order to verify the effect of principle and algorithm, testing data of sample of Windows7 and Mac OS system was presented and compared. The results of this study show that chi-square technology achieves the 0% false alarm rate and the 100% detection rate for abnormal intrusion scenarios. All intrusion scenarios are detected at the first or second audit event.

Abstract: This paper presents an efficient and accurate tile co-processor architecture which can be used in the tile based rendering systems. The design involves two key components, the vertex processing unit and the triangle tiling unit. The former part is used to get the vertices transformed, clipped and projected to generate the triangle list which located in the view frustum while the latter one reads in the triangle data and determines the tile list which indicates tiles that each triangle covers. A modified Bounding BOX (BBOX) test pipeline and a mask screening technology for different overlap types is proposed and employed in the design in order to get faster triangle binning with lower power consumption. The proposed architecture works at the frequency of 270 MHz, gains 18.4 M triangles tiling/sec with a power consumption less than 122.6 mW. The chip is implemented in 0.13 um CMOS technology and consumes 2.5 x 2.5 mm2 totally.

Abstract: This research is trying to develop a process for identifying comfortable shoe last for human feet. A hybrid of geometric model and physics based model is proposed to simulate the procedure of fitting foot into footwear. The system implemented is able to construct all meaningful slicing planes used in footwear industry. And all kinds of dimensions are measured for fitness check, especially the most important three girth of human feet and shoe last, i.e., ball girth, waist girth, and instep girth. Quantified Fitness range, known as dimensional difference (DD), is updated according to positive and negative samples. Result shows that comparing with geometric based method, our method significantly improves the percentage of comfortable shoes among all shoes that are guided by former fitness evaluation method.

Abstract: How effective and efficient to deal with the collision of tag identification is an important issue in RFID systems. In this paper, based on the existing binary anti-collision algorithm, added a sleep status bit to reduce data redundancy of readers sending commands and reduce the number of sending command by changing the order of search tag which the reader sent, and got an improved algorithm. Then used MATLAB to simulate this algorithms advantages in data amounts and sending times.

Abstract: In order to meet various needs and realize software reuse, a middle-ranking cadre of universities evaluation management information system (MCE-MIS) based on SOA is proposed. It is a loosely coupled, protocol independent information system integrating existing information systems such as Personnel and Performance MIS. After analyzing the requirement of the system, the cadre evaluation flowchart, use case and system integration solution are described in detail. SOA provides a solution to set up low-cost, open and flexible integration system in universities.

Abstract: There are more and more data produced in equipment management systems. For decision making, we must collect and integrate all kinds of data and information from different management systems. By analyzing the distributional and heterogeneous data resources, the architecture of equipment management data warehouse is proposed in this paper. We discussed important components of data warehouse for equipment support. The components include metadata, data market, data granularity and data partitioning. By discussing the organization of the data warehouse from the macroscopic point of view, the equipment support data management system with the function of decision making will be used in the future.
