Abstract: To analyze the main causes of electric power equipments failure, this paper based on distance correlation definition, proposed a method about correlation identification between the multi-factor and equipments failure. Firstly, this paper sets the related factors influencing the equipments failure as numerical value, based on distance correlation definition, calculate the correlation between each factors and equipments failure, so as to determine the power of the main causes of equipments failure. At last, through 220 kV transformer fault case validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The kalman filtering phase unwrapping is a state estimation problem. It can realize phase unwrapping and noise elimination at the same time, and calculate the real phase by establishing the state space model and vector observation model. In the steep terrain, the conventional kalman filtering algorithm unwrapping results are often not accurate, easy to cause the error transfer. Aiming at this problem, the weighted kalman filter phase unwrapping algorithm based on the phase derivative variance map is proposed. The values of the phase derivative variance maps are applied to determine the noise variance in the observation equation, then the weighted kalman filter is used to unwrap phase, this can increase the accuracy of the results. Finally, experiments are carried out in the InSAR data application under the condition of steep terrain, and with the conventional kalman filtering phase unwrapping algorithm are compared, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.

Abstract: To meet the complex electromagnetic environmental conditions of power transformer on-site, an optimization algorithm of the closing time based on fuzzy reasoning is proposed. It can not only improve the robustness and stability of inrush currents inhibition of algorithm, but also can be a theoretical basis for the research of transformer inrush current restraining method.

Abstract: Aiming at deficiency of fractal image compression, encoding time length and large amount of calculation, an improved algorithm of fractal compression is proposed based on the average deviation. First,divided image into blocks by using the characteristics of the average deviation, then determined the image block matching constraints by the application of the scale factor to simplify the calculation method, and finally limited the search range with the constraints, thus decrease the amount of the search range, improve the efficiency of the domain block matching. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can reduce the computation of block matching, and improve the fractal image coding efficiency.

Abstract: The outlier detection is to select uncommon data from a data set, which can significantly improve the quality of results for the data mining algorithms. A typical feature of the outliers is that they are always far away from a majority of data in the data set. In this paper, we present a graph-based outlier detection algorithm named INOD, which makes use of this feature of the outlier. The DistMean-neighborhood is used to calculate the cumulative in-degree for each data. The data, whose cumulative in-degree is smaller than a threshold, is judged as an outlier candidate. A KNN-based selection algorithm is used to determine the final outlier. Experimental results show that the INOD algorithm can improve the precision 80% higher and decrease the error rate 75% lower than the classical LOF algorithm.

Abstract: Aimed at solving difficulties of managing test routing and matching resource ,this paper brings out an instrument resource matching algorithm based on minimum weighted distance .The algorithm adopts weighted distance to describe similarity between signals , while weight value is determined by experts' experience with consideration of actual condition ,which can describe similarity more reasonable .At the same time the strategy and algorithm of resource matching are given ,serial and parallel testing are optimized with simpler and rapider criterion. Application example tests the method possess better routing management capability ,strengthens system reliability and improves resource matching and routing management efficiency on the basis of testing demand models and instrument resource models.

Abstract: The exhibition logistics, which generally deals with set-up, breakdown, transport, and storage to ensure that all specific exhibition requirements are met. It is very special from traditional logistics service that its transportation distant is very short and transportation cost can almost be ignored. To address the problems. a modal to optimize the total cost of exhibition logistics provider was proposed in this paper. Firstly the framwork of exhibition logistics was illustrated by a job-shop schedule modal. Secondly we used genetic algorithm (GA) to deal with problem of job shop scheduling. Finally the experiment result indicate that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effiective for this problem.

Abstract: Coronary heart disease (CHD), called Thoracic Obstruction in TCM, is one of the most important types of heart disease for its high incidence and high mortality. The methods of syndrome studies in TCM can not be completely in accordance with that of modern medicine because of the complexity itself. In this paper, we decide to investigate the ability of Decision Tree to predict CHD patients with or without qi stagnation syndrome. Predictions with CHAID Decision Tree (one type of the Decision Trees), we obtained recognition patterns made up of seven biological parameters. The accuracy of this diagnosis pattern was 80.7%, the sensitivity and specificity could reach 72.1% and 83.0%. The ADTree recognition pattern include six biological indicators. The accuracy of this diagnosis pattern was 94.6%, the sensitivity and specificity could reach 100% and 94.3%.
