Abstract: The effect of fractal theory describes roughness and irregular geometric shapes in the nature or in non-linear system. In recent years fractal theory is extensively applied to many fields, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, geography, earthquake and astronomy, computer science. In this paper, Visual C++ language is used to simulate fractal trees, snowflakes and cracks because of good use interface and strong computer programming technology. The parameter of the fractal graphics, such as recursive degree, length and rotation angle, can be modified by using the parameter dialogue box in order to obtain various fractal graphs. This paper focuses on the algorithm study of fractal simulation graphs.

Abstract: Image analysis of infant pain has been proven to be an excellent tool in the area of automatic detection of pathological status of an infant. This paper investigates the application of parameter weighting for invariant moments to provide the robust representation of infant pain images. Two classes of infant images were considered such as normal images, and babies in pain. A Similar Classifier is suggested to classify the infant images into normal and pathological images. Similar Classifier is trained with different spread factor or smoothing parameter to obtain better classification accuracy. The experimental results demonstrate that the suggested features and classification algorithms give very promising classification accuracy of above 89.54% and it expounds that the suggested method can be used to help medical professionals for diagnosing pathological status of an infant from face images.

Abstract: Infant pain is a non-stationary made by infants in response to certain situations. This infant facial expression can be used to identify physical or psychology status of infant. The aim of this work is to compare the performance of features in infant pain classification. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), and Singular value Decomposition (SVD) features are computed at different classifier. Two different case studies such as normal and pain are performed. Two different types of radial basis artificial neural networks namely, Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) and General Regression Neural Network (GRNN) are used to classify the infant pain. The results emphasized that the proposed features and classification algorithms can be used to aid the medical professionals for diagnosing pathological status of infant pain.

Abstract: Late of infant pain detection on the early stage may affect newborns growth. Regarding of this matter, different techniques have been proposed such as facial expressions, speech production variation, and physiological signals to detect the pain states of a person. For past 2 decades, the determination of pain state through images has been undergone substantial research and development. Various techniques are used in the literature to classify pain states on the basis of images. In this paper, a feature extraction method using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was adopted for identifying the pain states of an infant. In this study images samples are taken from Classification of Pain Expressions (COPE) database. Fuzzy k-NN, k Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), Feed Forward Neural network (FFNN) and Linear Discriminant analysis (LDA) based classifier is used to test usefulness of suggested features. Experimental result shows that the suggested methods can be used to identify the pain states of an infant.

Abstract: In this paper, we not only described the face value and the book value but also givean evaluation of the stock value and the market price even developed the estimated method of the intellectual capital and the hidden quality costs, of common stock. A fuzzy set is introduced to construct the fuzzy statistics and to modify the estimated method. To prove that our model can be used in the practical field, The Hurdy Company, a beauty mask products maker, was our case illustration. After the intellectual capital and the hidden costs of quality are considered together, three situations can be found. The intellectual capital is the optimistictraditional intellectual capital.The adjusted and modified intellectual capital is given to the intellectual capital is over the hidden costs of quality and the value is in accord to the diffidence between both.The enterprise will be bankrupt.

Abstract: Cell phone library is a new service system in digital library. Based on wireless network and multimedia technology, readers of cell phone library can access services and resources conveniently and flexibly without any limitation on time and space. Service pattern of cell phone library mainly has SMS service mode and WAP service mode. This paper discusses the architecture model of cell phone library, which includes information system architecture, technical architecture and service architecture. The architecture model has the characteristics of highly openness, flexibility and scalability etc.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel decentralized key-policy attribute-based signcryption (ABS) scheme is proposed, where each authority can generate secret-public key pair for the user independently without any cooperation and a centralized authority. In the proposed scheme, each authority can join or leave the system randomly without reinitializing the system,and issue secret-public keys to user respectively. Therefore, it is clear that the multi-authority attribute-based access control scheme can reduce the communication cost and the collaborative computing cost. Additionally, the attribute-based signcryption scheme is efficient in terms of both the identification authentication and the confidential communication, and can realize security secret sharing in cloud computing environments.

Abstract: Smart home can apply new internet of things concepts along cloud service technologies. This paper introduces a novel method for smart home system building. The system is driven by use case and it is composed of home control center, zigbee end devices, smart phone applications and cloud server. The home control center is based on arm-linux embedded system, it is the relay of cloud server and home devices. Wireless network of smart home devices was designed according to zigbee. A smart phone application was developed as the role of the user interface.
