Abstract: Management information system of adult teaching affairs in college has been designed and developed to address the problem that management information system of adult higher education hasnt been fully standardized and informationized. The system has created powerful functions and practicability after detailed design and development of all management processes covering platform construction of correspondence departments, student enrolling and graduation as well as distance education the learning mode in the foreseeable future. Although the system is designed and developed for first-class management mode of adult education, it still has a strong reference to other management modes.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a novel constraint specification. By limitations on the maximum of consecutive miss of deadline and the minimum probability of meeting deadline on the fixed sliding window s×m, the novel constraint specification has three contributions to the research of the weakly hard real-time system constraint specification. Firstly, has configurable flexible parameters which can easily realize all hard real-time, soft real-time and weakly hard real-time only by changing the parameters. Secondly, replacing the "fixed sliding window" with the "any" window, the novel constraint specification not only simplify the calculation of real-time, which will reduce the time consume, but also broaden the application scope such as smoothly scheduling. Moreover, the fixed sliding window is helpful to find a schedulable μ-pattern. Thirdly, the novel constraint specification solves the invalidity of some constraint specification when the first invocation of task is lost or missed. Through analysis and experiments, the results demonstrate that our novel constraint specification outperform previous approaches in both calculation methods and application scopes.

Abstract: This paper studied the management and monitoring graduation-designing platform of the university undergraduate based on the internet technology. Practice has proved that the platform can let the students write graduation-designing journal of the electronic version at any place at any time; It can update their completion status of the graduation designing in real time; Teachers in the colleges and universities can land the platform and gave the answers to the students questions in time with a variety of ways. It truly achieved the new 4W comprehensively monitoring and management pattern that some "cage-free" serious professional students of the graduation designing, especially represented by the IT professional students.

Abstract: Translation or translating is a communicative activity or dynamic process in which the translator makes great effort to thoroughly comprehend a written message or text in the source language and works very hard to achieve an adequate or an almost identical reproduction in the target language version of the written source language message or text. The role of the knowledge base is essential in both comprehension and reformulation. The extent of knowledge acquisitions in each translation depends on the degree to which the translators knowledge base provides the information or knowledge required to deal with the source-language text. Terminology is where most practical problems lie in technical and scientific translation. Generally speaking, translators knowledge base in terminology is inadequate in comprehension and reformulation of terminology. So knowledge acquisition plays an important role in both the comprehension phase and the reformulation phase. This paper mainly explores significant role of information database as a knowledge acquisition tool in terminology translation, one of the most commonly encountered difficulties during technical translation and meanwhile offers useful suggestions of how to use information database and its search result to refine terminology translation

Abstract: In view of the current situation and problem existing in campus energy usage, corresponding water, electricity, and heat energy saving strategies and implementation schemes are proposed. Then, taking Minzu University of China as the object, the framework of the supervisory platform of campus energy saving is designed, which includes hardware facilities of the front end, communication transmission equipments and data center or energy saving management center. The main function units of the platform are described and analyzed. Compared to existing designing scheme of energy saving supervisory platform, which can only realize one-way sensing, monitoring, and management functions, the proposed designing scheme also has feedback control functions. It can adjust and control building energy supply according to energy consumption usage and truly achieve the purpose of energy saving.

Abstract: Effective defect prediction is an important topic in software engineering. This paper studies multiple defect prediction models and proposes a defect prediction model during the test period for organic project. This model is based on the analysis of project defect data and refer to Rayleigh model. Defect prediction model plays an important role in the analysis of software quality, rationally allocating resources of software test, improving the efficiency of software test. This paper selected representative software defect data to apply this model, which has been shown to improve project performance.

Abstract: The paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of parallel integration methods to solve engineering problems. We examine a problem of velocity and displacement data reconstruction from measured acceleration signal. Many engineering tasks such as vibration data acquisition from underground traffic, dwellings vibrations due to wind pressure, earthquake data acquisition, etc. involve field measurements that are mostly performed using accelerometers. For engineering analysis purposes these records are to be integrated to get velocity and displacement. Since some of the measurements are quite long, moreover number of acquisition channels often exceeds dozen, we get a large amount of data to be analyzed fast. The best solution for the problem is parallelization of the integration algorithm, which involves using some modern techniques like OpenMP or GPU computing. This article shows the performance acceleration on different processors for OpenMP technology as well as performance acceleration for different GPU supported devices. Some aspects of algorithm implementations are discussed and future work suggested.

Abstract: This paper mainly describes the process of design, modeling and implementation of college OA system. System design is based on the MVC design concept and uses the most advanced technology of UML and J2EE. And system architecture is achieved by STRUTS. Our implementation shows that this method simplifies the software development process and improves the flexibility, scalability and reusability of software.
