Abstract: Geological data with phyletic and various, huge and complex data format, the analysis of geological data processing is mainly divided into three parts: Mines forecast, mine evaluation and mine positioning. Traditional geological data analysis model is limited by limited storage space and computational efficiency, and cannot meet the needs of a large number of geological data fast operations. "Big data technology" provides the ideal solution to the vast amounts of geological data management, information extraction, and comprehensive analysis. For mass storage capacity and high-speed computing power that the "big data technology" need, we built an intelligence systems applied to the analysis of geological data based on MapReduce and GPU double parallel processing cloud computing model. For a large number of geological data, using hadoop cluster system to solve the problem of large amounts of data storage, and designing efficient parallel processing method based on GPU (Graphics Processing Units: calculation of Graphics Processing unit), the method was applied to MapReduce framework, finally completing MapReduce and GPU double parallel processing cloud computing model to improve the operation speed of the system. Through theoretical modeling and experimental verification, indicating that the system can meet the analysis of geological data operation precision, the operation data amount and the operation speed.

Abstract: Since dataset usually contain noises, it is very helpful to find out and remove the noise in a preprocessing step. Fuzzy membership can measure a samples weight. The weight should be smaller for noise sample but bigger for important sample. Therefore, appropriate sample memberships are vital. The article proposed a novel approach, Membership Calculate based on Hierarchical Division (MCHD), to calculate the membership of training samples. MCHD uses the conception of dimension similarity, which develop a bottom-up clustering technique to calculate the sample membership iteratively. The experiment indicates that MCHD can effectively detect noise and removes them from the dataset. Fuzzy support vector machine based on MCHD outperforms most of approaches published recently and hold the better generalization ability to handle the noise.

Abstract: During the study of English sentence pronunciation evaluation system, we found that sentence pronunciation emotion and intonation evaluation are very important. Probabilistic neural network has been used to study English sentence pronunciation emotion, and DTW (Dynamic Time Warping) algorithm has been used in the intonation analysis. The probability neural network basic principle is introduced in this paper. An emotion recognition algorithm based on MFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient)is present. The keynote and energy of the sentences are used to analyse the accuracy of the tones. The experimental results of the proposed method effectiveness are given.

Abstract: This paper provides a method to eliminate pipe vibration on swirlmeter. We made an experimental research on a diameter 50 mm swirlmeter to study the influence that pipe vibration on the swirlmeter. Results show that using difference method can eliminate the error caused by pipe vibration by putting two sensors along the same side of the swirlmeters axis and using difference method. The experiment proved the approach using difference method to calculate the measured data feasible.

Abstract: The National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) has taken the charge of the national standard time and frequency service since early 1970s. The China National Standard Time, UTC(NTSC), is generated and kept at the Timekeeping Laboratory of NTSC. The research activities and the facilities of the lab are described in this paper. The accuracy of UTC-UTC(NTSC) and stability of independent local time scale TAI-TA(NTSC) realized are shown in this paper.

Abstract: Image stereo correspondence is the core technology of stereo vision. It has been widely studied and applied in the fields such as 3D reconstruction, vision measurement and target recognition. According to characteristics and application of stereo matching technology, the image stereo correspondence methods can be classified into three categories: local stereo correspondence, global stereo correspondence and semi-global stereo correspondence. Some image stereo correspondence solutions and problems are emphatically analyzed. Finally some future research issues on image stereo correspondence are highlighted.

Abstract: Image enhancement plays a fundamental role in image processing. Because of the influence of internal and external factors such as the sensor precision,light,random noise.It has a certain difficulty for image recognition directly.To solve such problems, we proposed a novel and efficient enhancement method based on improved genetic algorithm. This paper combined median filter and improved genetic algorithm to enhance the visual effect of color image. Simulation results proved that the proposed method was stronger than traditional method in terms of details and contrast enhancement and natural visual effect.

Abstract: Content-based Instruction (CBI) is a useful and has-proved-to-be-effective approach which value content over form and has gain an edge in instructing students to study. It can both develop students knowledge on a specific subject and improve their language proficiency at the same time. Modern technology, especially the multimedia technology which greatly enriched the content of teaching by providing learners videos, pictures, sounds, etc. makes CBI more dimensional, more solid and more vivid and interesting, thus has been gaining great popularity in language teaching program. Still, a trend of excessive-reliance on multimedia should be modified to get an effective balance in language teaching.

Abstract: A new sub-pixel edge detection method is proposed to improve the detection accuracy. Firstly, using the theory of interpolation to acquire the continuous gray level distribution in one-dimensional .Therefore, the location of edge is determined. Secondly, in view of the two-dimensional edge detection, the moment spatial is taken into account. At last, the two-dimensional edge detection simplified as one-dimensional. From the test ,its known that the accuracy of the this algorithm is higher, especially for images with noise. So, the proposed algorithm has good applicability in image processing.

Abstract: To achieve the trees three dimensional simulation, the most critical step is to extract the trees skeleton. This paper focuses on the point cloud contraction-based skeletal extraction algorithm, uses neighbors to build a transformation matrix, extract a discrete point set approximated to the real skeleton by Laplacian contraction, and constructs a 1D curve skeleton with the help of a weighted undirected graph and edge collapse algorithm. 1D curve form is more easy to operate, guide the reconstruction of three-dimensional model, solve the problem of incomplete data in the process of modeling .
