Abstract: The use of mechanical products to improve performance and increase the service life of components and composition of the product processing quality is closely related to machining quality is the basis of product quality assurance. Measure of good or bad quality parts machining the main indicators are: machining accuracy and surface roughness. This paper mainly affect parts of the surface roughness factor, parts of the surface layer of the physical and mechanical properties (surface work hardening, residual stress, microstructure change and grinding burn), surface quality performance parts and other factors affecting the analysis and research to improve the quality of machined surface process measures.

Abstract: The interaction between ethyl 2-arylpropiolates and Candida rugosa lipase was studied by enantioselective hydrolysis and molecular docking. The ethyl 2-arylpropiolates with the lowest binding energy was selected to investigate the molecular mechanism of enzyme mediated asymmetric catalysis mechanism.

Abstract: This paper selects a typical poisoning case of pesticide topical on head. Technicians extracted the victim's blood, vomit and swabs, and toxicant tests were under Condition-A and Condition-B. Terbufos ingredients were detected from the blood and swabs, but not found in vomit. Compared Condition-B to Condition-A: it has increased the column efficiency and improved the separation of Terbufos, thereby improving the detection sensitivity of Terbufos. The Condition-B method selects more than one mass fragment peak for scanning, which is of high sensitivity and less impurities interference. While using Terbufos standards for retention time comparison, the results are accurate and reliable.

Abstract: Objective To establish and verify analytical methods of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) detection in heart blood by Chemical Method and Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). Method Take 3-5mL of heart blood, placed in 20mL vial, adding 3-5mL of deionized water, 1mL of 2mol/L hydrochloric acid (HCl), stamped seal, and denatured at 60 °C water bath for 30min. Both Chemical Method and GC/MS were used to assay the headspace inside vial. Results These two methods are all detected H2S in the heart blood of the poisoning death. Conclusion These two methods are rapid, simple, reliable, and of high sensitivity, reproducibility, and suitable for rapid analysis of hydrogen sulfide in forensic and criminal casework.

Abstract: Progresses of research on high-efficacy photocatalyst were introduced in this paper. Firstly, efficiency-strengthening methods of TiO2-serie photocatalysts were summarized basing on collected literatures, including photosensitization, alloying, moreover, novel photocatalysis materials and technologies and probable development tendencies in the future were introduced, such as broad-spectrum photocatalysts, broad-energy and energy-sensitive catalysts and high-efficacy controllable high-power photocatalysis materials and equipments.

Abstract: Water assisted chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is used widely to synthesize super long, vertically aligned, densely packed carbon nanotube (CNT) forests. Various water assisted CVD parameters give the important influence on the quality of CNT forests. In this paper, several main parameters in water assisted CVD are optimized, such as the flow rate of H2, the content of water and growth temperature. Furthermore, growth on the conductive substrate is also studied by water assisted CVD. Under optimum condition with 10 minutes growth, the length of CNT forests could be 815 μm on silicon substrate and 369 μm on conductive substrate.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of structure characteristics of unilateral permanent magnet linear motors, two key points of assembling, how to avoid the stronger magnetic attraction and ensure dimensional precision of the air gap between primary section and secondary section, were discussed. Several new methods of designmachining and assembly process were presented, assured the accuracy and stability of unilateral permanent magnet linear motors. The measuring results met the performance requirements.

Abstract: Deep ocean water (DOW) is cold, nutrient-rich and pathogen-free water, which can be transported to the surface by upwelling. Upwelling can change the temperature and nutrient distribution of the surrounding water, hence improves the marine ecological environment and the marine primary productivity. Two lake experiments were accomplished in Qiandao Lake .The first experiment was done with hard PVC upwelling tube, while in the second experiment , the upwelling tubes with different diameters (0.5 m, 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m) were made of nylon ,which are supported by rings. It can be concluded that upwelling ratio (the ratio of water volume flow rate and air volume flow rate) of the hard PVC upwelling tube was higher than that of soft nylon upwelling tube, and in condition of soft nylon upwelling tube, upwelling ratio of 1 m diameter tube was higher than that of others, providing important guidance for the next sea trial.

Abstract: Uplift capacity is the main design control parameter of tower foundations. There are many factors to be considered in the design of tower foundations, such as the choice of models and the combination of different factors. The research on the uplift capacity of tower foundation is mainly focused on the foundations built on flat ground, while there is no mature method for the tower foundations placed in sloping ground.
Base on the theory of earth pressure and the Mohr Coulomb law, This paper tries to establish the equations to calculate the uplift capacity of tower foundation placed in sloping ground and get the equation to obtain the effective value of the uplift depth for the tower foundation. At the end of the paper, a calculation example is presented using the simplified equation.

Abstract: Mechanization and automation are the general trend of Investment casting in the world. The paper briefly discusses the sandblasting process of investment, and introduces the shell casting process. Carrying manipulator design is proposed to complete the investment casting process. The terminal arm and other major components of structural design are discussed. The terminal clamping structure is modeled. The parameters of the terminal clamping structure are designed. The research can provide some reference for the development and design of grouting sandblasting carrying manipulator based wax casting-line.
