Abstract: The Key Technologies in Designing of a special machine for heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling were discussed. Heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling machine is a special equipment for maintenance of heat exchanger of petroleum, chemical and other enterprises,specifically for removal and installation of the heat exchanger tube bundle .This paper introduces a self-developed heat exchanger tube bundle drawing and assembling machine’s overall structure, driving principle, hydraulic system and electrical control system’s design. The bundle drawing and assembling machine has large force, drawing and assembling are stable, safe and high efficiency and low cost and so on advantages, it has been put into mass production and gets a good evaluation.

Abstract: Tension truss reflectors are flexible structures characterized by strong geometric nonlinearities, thus the surface error and the real cable tensions of a reflector cannot be controlled efficiently to anticipant levels by their initial cable tensions. To ensure both appropriate node positions and anticipant cable tensions, an optimization method based on Tension Compensation Method is presented. First, a parameterized description of the zero-stress states of the front net and the rear net is proposed and the strategy of Tension Compensation Method is used to control the cable tensions to anticipant levels. Second, a mathematical optimization model for the cable tensions and the zero-stress state design of the cable network is established based on Tension Compensation Method with the optimization target of minimizing surface error of the reflector. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented method are validated by some numerical examples. The results show that the cable tensions can be effectively controlled by the proposed method, and this method can generate regular zero-stress states of the cable-nets which may bring great convenience to the lofting work of the cable network.

Abstract: Using simulation software, numerical simulation and plateau tests are combined to create the plateau diesel engine process simulation model. External characteristics tests of the diesel engine, plateau simulation experiments and plateau vehicle tests are combined to verify the model. The maximum deviation of the results is less 10%. The simulation model is accurate, which provides a way to study plateau environmental adaptation of diesel engines.

Abstract: Machining accuracy has always been a key problem to machine tool. Machine errors are caused by a variety of error factors among which the geometric error is a key element. An accuracy model of the 3-axis CNC machine tool is established in this paper with multi-body system (MBS).And based on the accuracy model, the mathematical model of roundness error also built up. At last, the influence of CNC machine tools turntable angle error to roundness error of machined hole is analyzed.

Abstract: This article ameliorated the process of the bottle opener. It determined the molds kind and structure. And the major components of the molds key points in the design were introduced in detail. At last it can improve the productivity and low the cost.Then some corresponding process method for the same Stamping parts were proposed.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel dynamic de-oiling oil-water separator was proposed, and through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation, the effects of the pressure drop ratio on the separation efficiency and the split ratio were analyzed. The results shows that the separation efficiency initially increased and then held steady as the pressure drop ratio increased, while the split ratio exhibited an approximately continuous linear decrease. Moreover, an optimal combination of properties could be obtained when the pressure drop ratio was set at a specific value, wherein both the separation efficiency and the split ratio worked advantageously.

Abstract: The door operator in metallurgical equipment is a spatial 6-bar linkage mechanism. The numerical model of motion and force of the mechanism was developed and the numerical solution was applied. A computer simulation was implemented. There is a high level of consistency between the solution and simulation. The torques required on driving crank have been studied. The influences of the self-lock conditions on the crank length and con-rod length have been explored. The effects of the length of crank and con-rode on the needed maximal torques of the crank have been studied, too. And the kinematics analysis attributes the lightening design of the slider structure on the basis of considering the sliders rigidness and intensity.
