Abstract: Nowadays the workover rig is more often used in outdoor work, and the field environment is complicated and changeable.Therefore, it becomes extremely important to conduct a detailed analysis of stress of the workover rig derrick translational system.This paper takes Liaohe Oilfield new vehicular pressure balance workover rig derrick translation system as an example, a finite element analysis model is established to analyze the stress conditions of the derrick truck system.The result completely conforms to the actual requirements, thus verifying the rationality of the design and providing the basis for the optimization design of the translation system.

Abstract: This paper presents a maize stalk model established with the discrete beam method through UG to create the crop spike-picking roller model with a kinematics simulation analysis based on ADAMS. This method systemizes the parameter design of spike-picking roller divider with a necessary 3D model for the actual needs. It shortens the development cycle and provides certain theoretical basis for the development of the new self-propelled maize harvester.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile, the production of complex parts adopt the die casting process such as crankcase box. the stress of market competition make greater demand on Casting Products quality, such as the organizational structure of products has no shrinkage porosity defect and has good mechanical properties. this articles simulation analysis of die casting forming process for Box are based on software AnyCasting, analyzing the reasons of air trapping from the filling process, Solidification sequence, Residual melt modulus. and it can conduct local extrusion feeding towards location of shrinkage porosity. By analyzing the metallographic structure we known that Local pressurization could refine Casting organization grain and make the grain more dense.

Abstract: For analyzing the distribution of the pulse current on the hollow cylinder surface, different pulse currents distribution characteristics of hollow metal cylinder surface are simulated by CST (Computer Simulation Technology) software. The results show that, different pulse currents injected in the cylinder submit to the same distribution basically; the difference in the length or the thickness of the cylinder have no significant effect on the current distribution, but the distribution changes greatly as the external diameter changes. The work in this paper provides a reference to analyze the lightning pulse current distribution of high tower building surface.

Abstract: In the study of humanoid robot, the system design and analysis of the legs is the foundation of realizing humanoid walking robot. In this paper, structure design of each leg joint has been introduced, and according to the degrees of freedom of each joint distribution, using screw theory and exponential product formula to establish the mathematical model of the legs, to analyze the kinematics of the legs, finally obtains that the range of joint movement comply with the design requirements.
