Abstract: The article analyses the yacht navigation attitude in the navigation process based on ЦАГИ method. It solves RANS equations in the CFD softwareFluent based on VOF method, combined with RNG k model. It calculates numerical simulation on four yachts which have same dimension but different lateral inclination angle and analyses the flow field, then verify the relationship between the yacht sailing resistance and the changes of lateral inclination angle.

Abstract: There are three work posts in this warm extruder: upsetting station, backward extrusion station and blanking station. They work continuously. The manipulator is mainly used to passing artifacts from one station to another. The warm extrusion forming process manipulator for steel connecting sleeve typically was designed to reduce labor intensity and enhance production automation level. The machines structure and working principle were described. In the same time, some pneumatic circuits and pneumatic control circuits of the manipulator were designed, so the manipulator can have automatic voltage regulating function and run smoothly. Practices show that the strapping machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, low cost and small vibrating noise.

Abstract: When three-phase transformer runs parallel, power supply reliability can be improved effectively , and the number of transformer running parallel can be adjusted according to the size of the load ,which can improve the operation efficiency of the whole, in addition, it reduce the loss of transformer effectively, so as to improve the economy of power supply, but the two transformer works at the same time, they must meet the same ratio、connecting groups、per-unit value of short-circuit impedance and short-circuit impedance angle as the three conditions. This paper based on the principle of the parallel operation of transformers gives the corresponding theoretical basis. The conclusion shows that the parallel transformer which satisfies the above three factors can run normally.

Abstract: Basisning on two-phase flow theory and using the FLUENT fluid analysis software to do numerical simulation in High pressure abrasive water jet. Changing the viscositythe flow and the density to observe the Influence in the field of force and velocity distribution. The results show that: density increases can improve the force and velocity significantly; but viscosity increase has a opposite effect, since the flow resistance increasing, making the outlet velocity fast decay. On the other hand, the flow of the working medium can also have a greater impact on the inlet velocity and jet results. An appropriate increase within the allowable range in the device can improve jet results.

Abstract: According to the fluid hydrodynamic lubrication theory, and the structural characteristics of the convergence gap seal is combined, the effect of differential pressure and centrifugal force should be considered, then the convergent wedge gap mechanical seals flow field numerical model is established and the influence of the leakage factors are researched, including the geometric parameters and operating parameters. Research has shown that the amount of leakage and the seal clearance were positively correlated. And the larger turning Angle is, the bigger correlation becomes, however, it is negatively correlated with speed and turning radius, the seal leakage is impeded by the centrifugal force and the larger turning radius is, the smaller leakage becomes.

Abstract: The boiler BLEVE is accompanied by highly destructive blast waves and flying fragments, whose damaging effect is reflected in casualties and property losses. Thus, the quantitative assessment of a boiler BLEVE consequence, especially for the blast effects, is fairly helpful to prepare contingency plans and review the overall layout and design. The paper presents the mechanism of the boiler BLEVE blast, the consequences, and the methodology to realize the reasonable evaluation, which can give a quantity of guidance to classify and take some safety countermeasures to supervise the boilers.

Abstract: The state of charge (SOC) is an important index for power battery system. To obtain its accurate value,a comprehensive equivalent circuit model that parameters change depend on SOC was estiblished in this paper by using the lithium-ion battery hybrid pulse power characteristic data. Then the Extended Kalman filter (EKF) method is applied to estimate the SOC under the working condition. Numerical simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the model and the EKF method. The results show that the EKF method based on the dynamic model can satisfy the accuray requirements.

Abstract: This works through the establishment of model of vehicle model and the road to development based on cooperative system of heavy road vehicles under the condition of the speed side prediction model,for the initiative to prevent heavy semi - trailer rollover risk, improving the reliability of prediction, forecasting, prediction of universality and stability.The driver ahead of access to information that is of potential rollover risk for heavy vehicles rollover warning time for the TTR, in turn, the driver enough time to take appropriate action to avoid a vehicle rollover accident happened.

Abstract: The design of seal device that can be used in carbide actor is a real problems.This paper presents a kind of oblique-cone-slid-ring (OCSR) assembly seal device that can self-compensate the seal wear in application. The max contact stress on the seal surface and other contact face is far bigger than the work stress of sealed medium in carbide actor. That means the design satisfies the user demand . Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of matching toolshotcrete machine booster manipulator which is used to support tunnels and roadways under the mine. The working principle, feed mechanism and operating mechanism of shotcrete machine booster manipulator are mainly described in this article. Moreover, some key factors should be considered in the design process, which can achieve better jet effect.
