Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to simulate transmission efficiency for different bending radius of aerosol sampling inlet using CFD. To evaluate the transmission efficiency, we introduced Discrete Phase Model to simulate aerosol movement. Results from simulations show that the greater transmission efficiency aerosol sampling inlet will be, the larger bending radius is. At 300mm bending radius, aerosol transmission efficiency is almost 1 for 10μm diameter of particular matter. The CFD model can effectively simulate the characteristic and loss of aerosol particulate matters through the bending tube.

Abstract: For the problems like discreteness, tolerance, non-linear of the parts, acquiring the fault knowledge of analog system in electric equipment is hard. This method realized the process of KA automatization through the combination of PSPICE software and C language and taking command lines as combining site. Using the batch file, the programs will form some topological information and parameter information about the fault states of a circuit system each time. The result of a experiment about an Basic Transistor Amplifier circuit proves its feasibility.

Abstract: The dynamic hydraulic drawing simulation is a valid method that reduces costs, increases quality and discovers hydraulic forming process problems.The simulation process of hydraulic drawing for spiral bottom brake shell parts with space surface feature was investigated and the optimal processing parameters were acquired by using Dynaform software. The results showed that model approaches, model methods, meshing and parameters setting were the foundation of hydraulic drawing simulation and the optimized control of holder force and fluid pressure were the key factors for preventing defects during hydraulic deep drawing. Meanwhile, the suitable blank shape was found good for reducing the defects of Wall Thickness Unevenness and oral flange earing, etc.

Abstract: Thin film is a class of materials forming bonds in two dimensional plane, and graphene is the most famous among thin film. Layered crystal is the natural macroscopical collection stacked by thin film and thin film is usually obtained by exfoliating layered crystal. In practice, it is feasible to exfoliate thin film similar to graphene from layered crystal via supercritical cleavage. As supercritical fluid can diffuse into the interlayer space of layered crystal easily, once reduce the pressure of the supercritical system fast, supercritical fluid between layers expands and escapes form interlayer, consequently exfoliating layered crystal into few-layer structure. As the supercritical condition is almost strict for most of supercritical medium, it is meaningful to design a useable reaction kettle that can work in the strict supercritical environment. In this article, the experiment equipment designed is introduced and it works well in the supercritical practical cleavage process.

Abstract: To simplify the analytic process of the conventional modeling method, an equivalent circuit is constructed to simulate the dynamic analysis of pressurized gas pipeline system. The several π equivalent circuit models are built for a section of gas pressurized pipeline. The transfer function and scheme for the realization of the simulation model are given in detail. Based on the simulation of frequency responses for the π equivalent circuit models and the exact model, it is shown that the π equivalent circuit model is of high simulating accuracy.

Abstract: The article describes the results of studies on a pilot pyrolysis installation with respect to maintenance parameters during pyrolysis of biomass in a form of pellets. Efficiency of raw fuel (pellets made from wood) conversion to processed fuels: coke, oil and post-pyrolytic gas. The described installation is atypical in terms of construction design that is based on the heat conduction mechanism (in most installations, convection in an atmosphere of inert gases or in vacuum is the dominating mechanism). Also, energy balances for biomass pyrolysis are presented.

Abstract: A fault diagnosis method of steam turbine based on the theory of super ball is proposed, which combines density clustering with hierarchical clustering. The correlation of vibration and thermal parameters is introduced as the clustering factors. The efficiency of diagnosis,the sensitivity of noise and the accuracy of diagnosis are improved. Experiments show that the method and the selection of clustering factor are feasible.

Abstract: Wind turbine is the high-end and important equipment, of which the reliability and stability is always one of the main problems. Because the gearbox is running under the condition of dynamic load caused by random wind speed, it has important significance for improving reliability of the transmission system to research dynamic behaviors of wind turbine gearbox, especially the vibration characteristics. First of all, time-varying stiffness of the meshing gear-pair is calculated in this article. Then the dynamic model of parallel gears is established and the corresponding vibration characteristics are simulated. Finally, the conclusion that the speed increasing gearbox has the amplified effect on vibration displacement disturbance and the speed decreasing gearbox has the diminished effect on vibration displacement disturbance is drawn from the contrastive analysis of vibration characteristics for these two gearboxes.

Abstract: According to the design requirement of electric vehicle, advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of drive motor, battery and drive system for electric vehicle are analyzed, the appropriate drive motor, battery and drive system are selected; parameters of power system for electric vehicle are designed using method of theory analysis, and modeling and simulation are carried out using AVL-CRUISE software, simulation results show that the design is reasonable.
