Abstract: In this paper, steel-trussed bridging method is combined with the whole process of the construction-management project with an aim to develop a visual simulation software, whose database requires a three-dimensional model of dynamic visual simulation. This application can quickly realize the rapid construction of various types of data and retrieval data-management digitization. The software system achieves the management visualization of various types of integrated data, which are easy to use, intuitive to understand. The system is suitable for all types of steel works automation and some refinement of modern construction project management.

Abstract: Increasing the volume of the steel-structured engineering practicality as well complexity, steel-structured designing software also will be required to compute massive data with an aim to deal with processing capacity and professional co-processing. With the help of basic conceptions of comprehensive analysis of Cloudy technology in steel structural engineering softwares design, production and installation, combined with the Windows Azure platforms visualizations, this research intends to explore how to take full advantages of the distributed computing software steel industry information service. The optimized framework of steel-structured engineering Cloudy software here is computed from the perspective of technological applications as to address the problem of accumulating experience in a large-scale popularization and application in the steel industry for the future of Cloudy services.

Abstract: This article presents main structure of hydraulic flat steel gates, control parameters and constraint conditions in 3D Modeling and construction template library, featuring different hierarchies and levels and inclusive of graphics and associated information, for data graphics of flat steel gate. In the template library, components for template of every level are separable and assembled automatically, providing a flexible assembly and disassembly mode for a whole steel gate design. The template library can accumulate knowledge and experiences, thus greatly improving design efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: Propose a novel way of belt conveyor material sampling.On the basis of sampling theory research ,Design a new type of sample mechanism.It is characterized by effective sample iron ore,coal and other materials on the belt conveyor.Through the study of collision contact characteristics of iron ore , the kinematics simulation experiments were carried out on the designed sampling head by ADAMS,meanwhile the sample head of design parameters were optimized.The result of test shows that the optimal sampling head rotation angular velocity is 340deg/s.when the rotation angular velocity of sampling head between 317deg/s~317.18deg/s,all the materials can be thrown into the storage hopper.

Abstract: The theoretical solution of the transient response of the wind-induced internal pressure based on assuming the external pressure is simple harmonic excitation by the linear equation governing the dynamics of internal pressure was presented. The effect of orifice loss coefficient, opening angle, the opening ratio and background porosity factor (Pf) on the transient internal pressure character was analyzed. The result shows: the peak value of the transient internal pressure and the overshooting ratio decreases with the increase of the orifice loss coefficient; the opening angle decides the overshooting effect. The overshooting ratio increases with the opening ratio and presents a decreasing trend while Pf increases; the effect of these factors on steady internal pressure is relatively small.

Abstract: Due to the complexity of the definition of the housing security object, the object recognition mostly depends on experience data, lacking theoretical support. The scientific method to define the income line of the housing security object is the key to ensure the appropriate level of housing security and the fairness of social welfare. This paper introduces several common methods to define the income line of housing security, and the main problem of these methods is not matched with the multi-level security system. For that, this paper introduces the method to define the income line of the housing security object based on income distribution function and the quantile theory, uses EViews to analyze house security object, and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the management of the security object.

Abstract: A comprehensive model of the building is currently in the Czech Republic in the form of a BIM approach at the beginning and at the stage of slow promotion in the Czech construction environment. In terms of usability in building practice, the issue of BIM in the Czech Republic, mainly because of the increasing pressure on the sustainability of construction, is very desirable and gradually. This approach is used often by multinational construction companies. The article describes the context of the issue of BIM and its use in the management of real estate.

Abstract: This paper was based on construction cost indexes of Xiamen, 11 feature attributes were extracted, including engineering purposes, engineering categories, and 3 predictors including square metre cost. Frame-based representation was used to represent cases. Access was used to build engineering case library. Visual Basic language was adopted to develop object-oriented design. Combined with knowledge guidance strategy and the nearest neighbor algorithm, hybrid retrieval strategy was adopted in basic retrieval and advanced retrieval. When built on case-based reasoning, engineering evaluation model provids a fast and effective method for determining the investment target of project planning and feasibility studies.

Abstract: The main goal of this research is to ensure the important of engineering software in the construction industry in Kingdome of Bahrain. A self-administered questionnaire was done via E mail .The research investigated the impact of engineering software toward three factors of the success project scope, cost, and time. The results show that there is positive impact when we are using engineering software on construction project management. The primavera project manager software is the major software is using in construction companies for planning and controls the project; primavera project planning p3 is the second software and the third software is MS project.
The research concluded that the engineering software positively impact on project success and increase its performance.
