Abstract: PPP project success not only depends on governmental credit and private sectors capability, but also relies on the scientific and reasonable evaluation in early decision-making stage. By thoroughly research on Australia PPP project decision-making mechanism, deficiencies of current policy system, government supervision and evaluation mechanism in decision process of PPP project in china were summarized. Based on the findings, the proposal to improve legal framework, policy and regulation system, institutional settings, evaluation technique system as well as other aspects of PPP implementation were put forward.

Abstract: The situation of the incentive hygiene factors in Chinese construction company was analyzed.The relationship between work efficiency and the motivation hygiene factors of the construction workers were elaborated. Then the importance of the motivation hygiene factors was pointed out.Four mainly motivation hygiene factors are wage,work relation, work environment and job security which affect work efficiency.How to play positive role of the incentive hygiene factors to raise work efficiency are analyzed. The author found methods of cultivation of hygiene factors through the improvement of the working environment,the improvement of the ability of self-protection,the improvement of the salary management and the establishment of stable working relationship.

Abstract: Based on analyzing the characteristics of engineering design enterprises, through investigating 30 Chinese design enterprises ,the present main engineering design service modes are summarized and analyzed, furthermore the backward management philosophy, lack of the efficient information feed back mechanism ,and no enough attention to the accumulation of knowledge are uncovered as the root causes of low innovation ability, the design defects, and extensive management in Chinese design enterprises. Under the great changes taking place in modern market environment, the Chinese engineering design enterprises are required to transform for complying with market demands and the world trend, so the life cycle design service mode is put up with the development strategies for the development of the engineering enterprises.

Abstract: Our current engineering pricing mode and management method still is not standard, the coexistence about all kinds of the engineering pricing method, especially the large problem of pricing method of private project. Our existing engineering pricing also has many unreasonable places in the program, which makes our engineering pricing has become one of the most important channels of Human intervention and corruption. These problems also make a serious distortion of our engineering cost, the "three over" (budget estimates more than estimates, the budget more than estimate, the account more than budget ) is a serious problem. Through a comparative study we can be seen that the bidding is the basic method of the engineering pricing, bidding method is only an auxiliary. But during the use of bidding for engineering pricing, only have the principles and legal in general which is not enough, also need to develop the bidding corresponding management methods and strict management of Engineering bidding. In fact, the project bidding management is one of the important contents during project cost management system.

Abstract: This study aims to elucidate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction based on an assessment of those traits. To evaluate job stress and job satisfaction, a questionnaire survey of estimators in Korea was conducted, and a statistical analysis was performed. The analysis revealed the key job stress factors and job stresses that affect job satisfaction. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute to improve the job satisfaction and job performance of estimators in Korean construction companies.

Abstract: Construction project management in China modeled after the foreigner countries. In China, construction project management staff usually in low level, low salary, high responsibility and distrusted by employers. Analyze the reason through the government department, employer, and the project management enterprise. Then suggest that the government should improve the laws and regulations; the employer should give rights to project management engineers; the project management enterprise should promote their staff ability. Finally make project management better service to construction.

Abstract: This study selects nine indicators impacting on project management pattern selection of post-disaster reconstruction projects. Questionnaire investigation is carried out based on the nine indicators and the needed data for this study is collected. Using factor analysis method, the nine indicators are classified into three main dimensions, which are internal factors, external factors and project goals. Correlation analysis between three main dimensions and six project management patterns is conducted to find the key dimension affecting each management pattern selection. According to the above analysis process, this study provides a selection flowchart of post-disaster reconstruction project management pattern, which may provide a new way for post-disaster reconstruction project pattern selection.
