Abstract: In the fields of architecture and civil engineering, construction is a process that consists of the building or assembling of infrastructure. Far from being a single activity, large scale construction is a feat of human multitasking. Normally, the job is managed by a project manager, and supervised by a construction manager, design engineer, construction engineer or project architect. For the successful execution of a project, effective planning is essential. Those involved with the design and execution of the infrastructure in question must consider the environmental impact of the job, the successful scheduling, budgeting, construction site safety, availability of building materials, logistics, and inconvenience to the public caused by construction delays and bidding.

Abstract: Nowadays, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is world widely used in the construction industry. This paper, based on the foundation of China Zun construction project, studies the value of BIM technology in collision detection, engineering statistics, and 4D construction simulation and analyzes its advantages of applying BIM technology and disadvantages exited in BIM software in practice.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the possibility of linking Project Management and Facility Management that would result in an operationally efficient design of a development project. Project management tools are used during a construction project when an investment plan is implemented from the idea all the way until it is put into operation. Adding facility management to a construction project leads to a new insight into the project development which works with suggestions of the future operator of the facility from the very first considerations of the investment. The paper aims to highlight the benefits that a project would gain by integrating there two management areas.

Abstract: By using outlier data mining, this paper studied customs risk management in China. Our research contents are summarized as follows: First, we study the status of Customs risk management and we study other scholars’ research of the outlier data mining. Second, we introduce index of outliers and we use outlier data mining to establish a risk estimation model. Finally, we test the affectivity of this model by empirical analysis.

Abstract: Abstract.Expounding the connotation of the core competence of construction consultant enterprises and establishing the evaluation index system about core competence of construction consultant enterprises from five aspects which are the management,technology,economic benefit,human resources and market development.Using entropy weight method to determine the evaluation indexes weight, then applying grey correlation method to evaluate and compare the core competence by four enterprises.

Abstract: The application of Building Information Modeling has become a trend in construction industry, it is our duty to accelerate BIM application in recent years. Firstly, the paper generally introduced the concepts and characteristics of BIM, and pointed out the problems that existed in Chinas Project Management of Construction Enterprises, and theoretically, technically discussed the solutions to these issues with BIM technology in a qualitative way. At last, the paper proposed some suggestions and outlooks for the development and promotion of BIM technology in China.

Abstract: With the economy development, ultra-high or long-span structures in engineering are increasing, but the collapse accidents of their formwork support system in the construction are also gradually increasing. The mechanical characteristics of ultra-high or long-span structure formwork support system were analyzed including eccentric loading effect, pole docking effect, horizontal load effect. Based on the mechanical characteristics and occurred collapse accidents analysis, the collapse reasons including design theory, construction management and material defects were analyzed in this paper.
