Abstract: In the field of education, cloud computing, as a basic environment and platform for the future network learning, will bring positive effect on construction of the learners' personal learning environment, on construction of school resources, on development of the educational information system. Based on the analysis of the cloud-computing influence on collaborative learning, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of collaborative learning environment supported by cloud-computing and the specific application case, which will provide reference for cloud-computing application in education informatization and social network learning.

Abstract: The current research progress and the existing problems of semantics representation of the semantic Wed are analyzed. In this paper, we present an uncertain description logic C-SHOIN, which is an extension of description logics SHOIN based on cloud model. The syntax and semantics of description logic C-SHOIN are given; as well as the satisfiability of uncertain concepts. Example analysis shows that C-SHOIN is capable as the ontology language extensions to the representation of fuzzy and uncertain knowledge.

Abstract: There is much news online every day and people would like to read online news and give their comments on some news, which reflect their views and opinions about the people and matters involved in the event reported in the news. Opinions mining on these comments is of great significance for the construction of the government's democratic politics, public opinion monitoring and decision support, etc. In this paper we analyze user opinion from four aspects: characteristic, emotional word, emotional word qualifier, emotional tendency. We propose a SRL-DP-NE algorithm to extract the characteristic-emotional word pairs. Finally, we implement the system of opinion mining on web news comments, and got the overall polarity analysis.

Abstract: In reconfigurable system, how to make full use of limited reusable resources by the configuration information and maximize performance of the system is a difficulty in reconfigurable computation. In this article, we proposed a resource allocation optimization algorithm for multi-objective to achieve the minimum execution time when realizing logic computation resources adaptation of Boolean function at the same time. The algorithm was based on genetic algorithm. Finally, complexity and convergence characteristics of the algorithm were analyzed.

Abstract: For the attribute-weighted based naive Bayesian classification algorithms, the selection of the weight directly affects the classification results. Based on this, the drawbacks of the TFIDF feature selection approaches in sentiment classification for the microblogs are analyzed, and an improved algorithm named TF-D(t)-CHI is proposed, which applies statistical calculation to obtain the correlation degree between the feature words and the classes. It presents the distribution of the feature items by variance in classes, which solves the problem that the short-texts contain few feature words while the high frequency feature words have too high weight. Experimental result indicate that TF-D(T)-CHI based naive Bayesian classification for feature selection and weight calculation has better classification results in sentiment classification for microblogs.
