Abstract: The evaluation of sports teaching quality is important to the development of school sports and teaching reform. Having consulted some research papers and multiple teaching methods, the authors tried to apply Markov Chain Method to the evaluation of sports teaching quality. The result shows that Markov Chain Method is scientific in reasoning, reliable in calculation and feasible in practice. It can reflect the teachers' teaching quality and the students' learning results all-sided and correctly. Therefore, Markov Chain Method is an ideal method for the evaluation of sports teaching quality.

Study on Advantages of Space Design Based on BP Neural Network and Regression Support Vector Machine
Abstract: The development of information technology makes the increasingly perfect of virtual reality technology, and it can make the efficient fusion of computer hardware, software and virtual reality technology as well as dynamic simulation of real world. Dynamic environmental technology is according to the human movements, language and so on to make timely response, which can be real-time analysis of the athletes' state, making up the randomness of traditional sports training plan. In order to predict and analyze of the sports leisure space superiority, the basic characteristics of intelligent algorithm is summarized, the basic principle of BP neural network and regression support vector is described. Through the selection of sports leisure space dominances related data, and through the MATLAB simulation, the results show that the virtual reality technology has good adaptability, and its decision coefficient is greater than BP neural network. In this example, the virtual reality technology has better performance, this method provides a new way for the study of the physical recreation space dominance forecast, there has certain reference significance.

Abstract: Most of the current college sports equipment still using the traditional manual management methods, has all sorts of malpractices, the establishment of sports equipment information system, computer-round management is the future direction of development. The key problems in the system development, this paper carries on the summary design and detailed design. The summary design part design is composed of the module hierarchy structure, which are 1 main control module, the 9 secondary modules, 34 three level module; detailed design of two main modules as an example to design, the use of procedure flow chart to "borrowing information input" module design, the use of IPO chart for "return information input" module design. Results of this study for the development of sports equipment and information systems laid the foundation for the promotion of college sports equipment information management will play a profound impact.
