Abstract: With the development and popularization of distance education, there was a growing recognition of this kind of education, students graduated from distance education were also more and more, which brought a greater difficulty to the center of distance higher education to manage student status. To solve the problem and respond to the education department's demand for informatization of education management, this paper did detailed research on the business processes of student status management, based on the MVC pattern and using workflow to design software for managing the students of distance higher education efficiently through prototype development methodology.

Abstract: A multilayer distributed structure based on web service is put forward. The layer structure of power marketing business is described, based on the layer structure. The paper deduces that every business can be encapsulated by web service and each of them can communicate easily. The connection between the power marketing management information system and other systems is analyzed, and then the use of web service is presented to realize the integration between this system and the related systems. In the end, with the real example of a power marketing management information system, the solution for web service and the corresponding codes are presented.

Abstract: Reasonable ERP Implementation methodology is the guarantee of ERP which is successfully applied in enterprises. In this paper, an implementation methodology of ERP is discussed and arranged based on the model of Hall Three Dimension Structure. The methodology combines management information system teaching experience, scientific research and enterprise information practice. The feasibility and validity has been also verified through practice.

Abstract: This paper discusses the main line network optimization of express enterprise, First of all, it analyze the existing problems of the main line network, in order to optimize network transport resource, meeting the delivery time, this paper establish the influence level of the distribution center selection index system, To the design of the main network, this paper build mathematical model, using particle swarm algorithm to calculate the model. This article develops application software based on JAVA language on eclipse development platform. At last, an example is given to validate the feasibility of the main line network optimization model.

Abstract: Safety signs can alert the staff to dangerous situation of the workplace or the surrounding environment and guide people to take reasonable actions so as to avoid accidents and mitigate the consequences of accidents. But unreasonable and noncompliant problems exist in the safety signs at the mine entrances. So four kinds of prohibition signs and four kinds of instruction signs that meet the standard requirements at the mine entrances are determined and that one kind of prohibition signs, three kinds of warning signs and one kind of instruction signs can be placed at the mine entrances are explained. At last the two kinds of layout design of safety signs are got and make it sure that the safety signs should be set at the same side of the mine entrances which serve as a reference for practical application.

Abstract: The quantity of elderly people are growing very rapidly, so the services for elderly people based on intelligent and smart-tech must be created to replace the traditional services for the shortage of resource. The importance of involving users in the innovation process has recognized by academia for a long time, Living Lab is a user-centric open innovation approach for fostering everyday life innovation in real life contexts. This paper propose a Living Lab methodology framework of service design for the elderly people, which emphasis user co-creator, user co-test, real life context construct by information and communications technology (ICT). The experiment results shows that involving users, real textual constructing by ICT and collaboration are benefit to promote innovation performance.

Abstract: The role of organizational integration as an antecedent of new product performance has been extensively documented in the literature. A leading corporation must either develop new successful products to sustain its business competence or keep growing in global markets. Organizational integration has attracted ever-increasing interest because of the publication of seminal works and is a strategically valuable resource for successful new product development (NPD). This article focuses on NPD projects in the Taiwanese bio-tech industry. In particular, this study examines the mediate relationship between Organizational integration and new product market success through innovation capability. We propose our research model and then test it by applying structural equation modeling based on the partial least squares (PLS) methodology. The results show that organizational integration not only can achieve new product market success directly but can also increase new product market success through innovation capability.
