Abstract: Sustainable development is a meaningful indicator for high-tech transfer. High-tech transfer monitoring is an effectual measure for high-tech transfer evaluation. This paper takes high-tech transfer projects as a data source, considers the key words and new words extracted by NLPIR from the projects, and proposes a high-tech word similarity calculating method based on morphological similarity, word length similarity and individual character similarity. Applied this method onto high-tech word similarity measurement, and acquires high-tech word similarity matrixes. Cluster based on this high-tech word similarity matrix. Construct high-tech ontology, according to cluster result. Extract the corresponding high-tech monitoring indicators and values of high-tech ontology through Regex. Finally construct high-tech transfer monitoring ontology, and monitor the sustainable development of high-tech transfer. Formulating high-tech word similarity computing software achieves high-tech word similarity computer measurement and verifies the feasibility and accuracy of this computing model.

Abstract: Large and complex equipments produce large quantities of data in the whole life cycle and the data stored and used in paper form is extremely inconvenient, leading to increased equipment maintenance costs and inefficient use. In order to change the status, combined with the IETM performance characteristics, a set of IETM system is developed for a certain type of airborne radar, after analyzing the structure features, functionality requirements and key technologies of weaponry IETM system platform. Proved through practice, the system can improve equipment maintenance efficiency, reduce human and material resources of the equipment maintenance and support end reduce the equipment life cycle cost.

Abstract: In this paper, we try to find out the synergistic effect between energy industry investment and economic development. Based on the objective, with computer aided method, we choose the statistic data of energy industry investment and GDP of China from 2001 to 2011, use econometrics software Eviews 5.0 and least square method to build the linear regression model between energy industry investment and GDP. The result shows that there exists a linear correlation between energy industry investment and GDP; moreover, energy industry investment is more influential than the GDP.

Abstract: Tracking the Long Jump Athletes in the video, trainers can more accurately analyze their action details during the entire jump, and the realization of identification and detecting of Long Jumpers in the video is essential for tracking athlete in technical video. Based on the Opencv vision library of the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, By calculating the probability distribution of the target pixel to positioning the athletes, the use of Kalman filter algorithm to predict its trajectory, to take a combination of both methods to achieve the recognition and detection of athletes.

Abstract: The precise analysis the details of the action and trajectory in the hurdlers technical videos can provide training deficiencies for the coaches.To realize the analysis of technical videos, we must firstly detect and track the athletes in the video. Based on the Opencv vision library of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, we solve the problem of background shake by Surendra algorithm. Then the probability distribution of the target pixel to positioning the athletes is calculated using Kalman filter algorithm to predict its trajectory. Finally, we finish the recognition and detection of athletes by a combination of both methods.

Abstract: Technique analysis of the basketball match included analysis of the technique data and video.
