Abstract: The crash assignment problem has long been considered as one of the most important components in an approach-level crash prediction model for intersections. A few pioneering studies have been carried out to properly assign the crashes in or nearby intersections to various approaches. However, the implementation of these models is very time consuming as it can only be done one by one manually. In this paper, a geographical information system (GIS) database is developed to complete the crash assignment. This tool has been applied in Queensland, Australia in the development of crash prediction model for signalized T-intersections.

Abstract: The research is based on FP-Tree algorithm for mining frequent phase sets that use hash tables and conditional probability formula stock association rules between the ups and downs, and on this basis to make a system for publishing mining information. Due to space constraints, article focuses on FP-Tree algorithm and data mining analysis and implementation. Significance of this research is that data mining for stock data integration applications. Stock data by mining association rules for the user's stock trading and trend analysis play a guiding role. It also can be applied to the stock arbitrage, long-term buying and selling contracts, and stock price movements correlations investment issues.

Abstract: In this research, a model of production planning among different phases is developed. Although every phase at same giga-fab should be regarded as the similar. However, due to the different installation time, technology level and capacity allocation, the production capability of each phase will be distinguishing. Therefore, the major purpose of the production planning model is to develop a feasible and easy used algorithm to fully utilize the capacity of each phase under constraints. The concept of DBR scheduling is applied in this model to fulfill the major target. Furthermore, the notion of Technology Turn Rate (TR) is used to calculate the required date of capacity constraint resorce (CCR). Based on the prefercnce phase of products and the status of CCR, the release phase and date of each order can be well arranged.

Abstract: Semiconductor manufacturing is a capital-intensive and high-tech industry. In order to reduce production cycle time and increase production flexibility, the semiconductor manufacturers will expand the capacity in the existed fab and build up new fabs. However, the expandability of production capacity is not infinite since the huge fab scale will increase risk of production management. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the factors which will influence the performance of fab scale. This research uses the eM-plant simulation software to construct a simulation environment to conduct simulation experiment. The experimental environments were divided into two parts and named as high and low product mix complexity separately. Furthermore, three more factors were taken into accounts, which included stability of machine, variation of fab scale and releasing rate. By simulation, the analytical data is collected and analyzed its trend in these different environments. Simulation results reveal the significance of factors under different environments. Based on these results, the managers can conclude an appropriate fab scale in giga-fab, which will help to reduce the cycle time of products and increase the total throughput of giga-fab.

Abstract: The combat capability of equipment systems is a complicated process of emergence. In this paper, model relationship was proposed base on affiliation, constraint and complementation relationship under the specific needs of correlation analysis evaluation indicators. At last, correlation algorithm was given based on influence matrix.

Abstract: This paper gives a detailed description of the project on computer-assisted oral English test conducted in Wuhan Polytechnic University. The project indicated the advantages of computer-assisted oral English testing over face-to-face spoken English test, as well as weak points and problems to be discussed. At the end of this paper, some tentative suggestions are made on how to conduct large-scale computer-assisted oral English test with both high reliability and validity to develop students oral English ability in universities and colleges in China.

Abstract: With the rapid development of high-tech ammunition, its value and costmore and more high, the reliability of its packaging is also put forward higher requirements. Small sample theory can greatly reduce the test sample, save test cost greatly, so it has wide application in many fields. This paper will use the small sample theory to study the reliability of ammunition packaging, through theoretical analysis and simple derivation, proved the feasibility of small sample theory in ammunition packaging reliability, and made use of the generality of the approach, which lays a foundation for future small sample theory in this field.

Abstract: In the used car market, residue ratio of accuracy directly affects the accuracy of the used car's price. Therefore, it is an urgent that calculation method is a scientific, accurate and easy to operate. Based on the existing estimation methods , improvements used car residue ratio have been made.It considers the various factors that affect the second-hand cars residue ratio, borrowed ideas of AHP, and the use of MATLAB software for weight analysis, simplify complex the calculation process, so calculation of residue ratio is both scientific and simple, so that it is widely used.

Abstract: This study aims to discuss the determinants influencing users intention behavior toward Healthcare Cloud Services (HCS) by integrating Health Belief Model (HBF), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), and Information System Success (ISS). Structural Equation Model is used for data analysis. The results reveal that perceived ease of use plays the most critical role on users intention behavior, followed by pleasure and perceived barriers, implying it is essential for medical institutions to strengthen users intention behavior by advocating the cloud service benefits and operating convenience. The findings hope to provide future research and managers with helpful references of customer needs and guidelines for enhancing healthcare quality in order to achieve better development and competitiveness.
