Abstract: This paper applies the approach of literature analysis to induce and summarize the index element of entrepreneur's selection and evaluation, and constructs the index model of entrepreneur's selection and evaluation. The paper uses factor analysis of statistical theory to fit and apply the model, sequence and analyze separately according to comprehensive score and single factor score which provides scientific evidence fairly and reasonably for the choice of entrepreneur.

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, customers demand for real estate products has changed from the satisfaction of one single criteria to a much more diverse and individualized developmental orientation. But the value evaluation for real estate products varies from person to person, which leads to different customer value. In our country, as one branch market of the real estate industry, the green real estate market should get a thoroughly understanding about the composition of customer value, identify the target customer demand, provide more innovative value for customers, inspire and guide the customer purchasing behavior. This paper, through an analysis of the composition and affected factors of the customer value in green real estate enterprise, aims to conclude the methods for the optimization and innovation of the customer value in green real estate enterprise.

Abstract: Agriculture is the founding principle for a country which has great significance with national interest and people's livelihood. Some logistics links are stumble on information dissemination and high cost which are also the key factors that restrict agriculture logistics development. Based on the comprehensively summarizing of logistics theories both at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the current condition of logistics and finds the problems, such as the low level of information sharing, cumbersome process, expensive cost, low efficiency and less sensitive reaction to market. Through the investigation of Third-Part Logistics (TPL), the paper proposes the agriculture service model with Advanced IT tech upon TPL. In the end, through analysis and evaluation on the model, the paper concludes its advantages, like perfect service functions, strategic alliance with customers, altogether shedding risks, big profit margins, and high level information sharing.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the Chinese dairy industry cycle, which clarifies the development characteristics of the industrial cycle, introduces Gompertz curve fitting, and apply Gompertz curve fitting methods, theoretically analyses the existing cycle of Chinese dairy industry. The existing cycle of Chinese dairy industry is obtained, which provides a reference for the development of the dairy industry.

Abstract: Under the premise of determined transportation tasks and determined collaboration tasks assigned, this paper defines four factors that influence the distribution of collaborative logistics profits: external logistics providers competing risks, uncertainty external transport risks and information sharing and collaboration satisfaction between internal collaboration logistics providers, established a profit distribution model uses an improved correction factor Shapley value. Abstract: The negative actions of the customers and staff-the customer's interactional injustice and CPB are important in corporation. Through Questionnaire survey about 420 employees, this paper researches the relationship among the CPB, NA and customers interactional injustice.
