Abstract: To responses to the current information "overload" problem widespread in e-commerce systems, a new approach, using the method of user clustering, node trust value analyzing and product evaluating is put forward to build an e-commerce trust community for e-commerce recommendation. According to some of the most trusted neighbors` evaluation information for goods, the recommendation model predicts the score of goods that the users have purchased, to recommend items which have a higher value score, to a customer. In the proposed recommending algorithm, the time effect of recommendation is taken into consideration to provide effective recommending services for users.

Abstract: With the improving of the electricity users requirements for power quality, traditional electricity pricing model cant meet the needs of users. This thesis first carries on the analysis of electricity cost factors, and then establishes the cost model of electricity generation companies and electricity supply companies. The formulation of electricity price should consider electricity users, electricity generation companies, electricity supply companies and state taxes. And each factor should bear responsibility of electricity price's formulation based on social fair burden coefficient. So the thesis establishes an electricity price's model based on above theory.

Abstract: In order to study land use efficiencies of various areas, implement the optimization of whole provincial land economy density so as to promote the reasonable use of land resources and implement the sustainable use of land, the paper takes the space-time distribution of Henan land economic density as the research object, analyze the regional aerial differences dynamically, selects the data of 2013 by quantitative analysis, uses Cobb-Douglas production function, introduces specific indexes of each factor influencing land economic density, builds the regression model, analyzes influencing factors of each driving force affecting the land economic density of Henan Province and confirms main influencing factors.

Abstract: This paper proposes a kind of mining model for the effects of logistics route with multiple constrains on the profits. By comparing, mining and analyzing the different routes, distances and the transport time, the paper establishes the analysis model of the effects of the logistics routes on the enterprises profits and calculates the profits increase in the logistics due to reasonable route selection. The simulation experiments verify the model of the logistic route selection and the profits and it has very litter errors.

Abstract: With the reduction of land resources, it has become the main content of current city construction that how to exert the most economical benefit with the limited resources. This paper establishes the economic, social and ecological evaluation index system of benefit of urban land resource use and also quantifies it. It uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy value method to determine the index weights, and applies Cobb-Douglas production function into the estimation of land production. Moreover, it also concludes that the social, economic and ecological influences must be considered in the evaluation of benefit of land resource use through the data analysis.

Abstract: The study targets on Guizhou telecom operator who provide E-government services in China. This study applies an expanded technology acceptance model (TAM) to explain the telecom operator acceptance by government. Five variables of TAM through telecom operators are considered including system quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, trust and intention to use. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed framework, a case study of evaluating the acceptance of telecom operators by government in Guizhou province of China is conducted. The results show that the proposed framework is effective in assessing the acceptance of telecom operators involved in E-government and the expanding new factor, trust is of vital importance in this model.

Abstract: The calibration wells laboratory is an important experimental system of petroleum logging instrument. There is a large of calibration wells information need manage, so it is very difficult to manage the calibration wells information. In this paper, computer information management system is applied to the calibration wells information management. It is necessary to manage the large of the calibration wells information. Because the calibration wells have the similar shape, it is difficult to detect the calibration wells in the laboratory. Therefore, the mobile phone platform and QR two-dimensional bar code technology are introduced to strengthen the management of calibration wells information. These will greatly improve the efficiency of management. The QR bar code and the zBar technology are used in the information system. The design of calibration wells group information management system is implemented based on QR code. The mobile platform is used to collect and display information. The experiments show the good performance of the information management systems.

Abstract: In Opportunistic networks, mobile nodes communicate with each other through store-carry-and-forward manner by use of short message transmission technologies such as Bluetooth or WiFi. Message delivery relies mainly on cooperation among nodes. The incentive mechanism which aims to stimulate cooperation and prevent self-ish behavior is important. Reputation-based mechanism is one of the most popular motivations to tackle this problem. This paper surveys the recent reputation-based incentive mechanisms in Opportunistic Networks.

To solve the problem of the current risk evaluation methodsineffective risk evaluation of aircraft spare parts supply,this paper applies the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process based on the feature of aircraft spare parts supply. By modeling analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy judgment matrix construction, risk factor ranking and so on, this method solves the risk factors possibility and impacts degree in managing aircraft spare parts supply.

Abstract: Authentic materials should be a basic component in language teaching. Authenticity in language teaching implies not only authentic materials, but also authentic tasks and learning environment. Features of authentic materials are mainly related to learners motivation, learner autonomy, communicative ability and linguistic knowledge. In the last part of this essay, the importance of exploiting authenticity in learning environment is presented. The essay comes to the conclusion that it is necessary and feasible to make full use of authenticity in language teaching.
