Abstract: Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is an important application of the Internet of Things, achieves the communication with Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANET). The communication from Internet Access Point to vehicle (infrastructure-to-vehicle) has higher transmission delay jitter, and the reliability is extremely low. Based on the VANET construction,this paper proposed Vehicle Encounter-based Forwarding Algorithm, in the case of the partial installed the Stationary Nodes in the roadside, the AP selects the Target Vehicle from the vehicles which will encounter the Destination Vehicle based on the trajectories the AP has, and determines the transfer sequence, each node in the transmission process constantly adds new nodes, optimizing the value of the delay to the Target Vehicle,achieves Infrastructure-to-vehicle transmission. The simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the performance of the infrastructure-to-vehicle transmission delay jitter as well as the low reliability.

Abstract: This paper designs AT89C52-based flood prevention system substation. This system aims to gain accurate flood prevention information in real time and convey the information to the central station. The project is designed on the basis of the climate and geographic features of the city. The rainfall and water level information is collected and uploaded to the central station via GSM industrial mobile phone for flood prevention. After this substation is put into use, unmanned monitoring of flood prevention information is realized.

Abstract: This paper states the image of product, the definition of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, and the need of image design for domestic energy-saving equipment, analyzing the image recognition system and visual identification system of constituting the system of energy-saving equipment product, proposing a set of scientific and rational procedure for the visual image of the energy-saving product: find the characteristics of the product and establish its image; conduct design from the point to the surface;strengthen the image of the product by the same series to multi-series;perfect and implement product image and popularize inside and outside the enterprise. Abstract: Remediation of heavy metal contaminated sites is the important part in environmental governance. In this paper, based on the study of heavy metal pollution situation and soil characteristics in Shanxi Province, we analyse various typical technology of heavy metal contaminated site remediation. Put forward the suitable method for heavy metal remediation, mainly include: Solidification / stabilization, nanozero valent iron-situ remediation technologies, leaching, chemical extraction, low temperature thermal desorption, high temperature thermal desorption, phytoremediation.

Abstract: GIS digital urban planning concept and its role in urban digital planning were proposed according to the request of GIS in urban digital planning. Corresponding digital model was established according to the service function of GIS in urban digital planning. Furthermore, coordination mechanism model of public taking part in the conflict and concept of multi-element Weber model involved in urban planning were introduced. For those foundations, application of GIS in management f urban digital planning and urban space planning were discussed. The methods above indicated that GIS technology might play a vital role in urban digital planning.

Abstract: Monitor and predict the change of navigation channel silt is important to ensure the safety of the channel while one of many difficulties is the deformation monitoring data is complicated and nonlinear, so its difficult to establish a deterministic model. Supporting vector machine could be widely used in the prediction of the formation of navigation channel silt because it has a good generalized ability, which could solve the problems like small sample, nonlinear, high-dimension. Because whether the algorithm could work or not based on the selection of the parameters, so a PSO-SVM based prediction model of the formation of the silt was established by using particle swarm optimization, which is a the fast overall optimization, and then was used to optimize the model parameter of the support vector machine. Study shows utilize this model in the silt formation in Huanghua harbor is plausible.

Abstract: As the stretch of huge fluvial-delta sediment reservoirs, the Putaohua group of block Pu47 is formed by the impact of both rivers and lakes with an obvious huge thickness, complicated serious heterogeneity and relatively lower conformity with the analysis of drill core data and oil testing. Therefore, this paper mainly does the research on rock-electro parameters lithological characters by taking the use of original data of drill core, well logging, oil testing and analysis test, etc. to optimize the rock-electro parameter and build the porosity and permeability models which will provide the reliable geology basis for future petroleum development and exploration.

Abstract: It can be seen from the correspondence consists of three porosity curves of reservoir and cores capillary pressure curves that, the larger pore connectivity a rock has, the higher movable fluid saturation calculation will be under natural pressure. If the restraint porosity is higher, even in the presence of fluid in the formation applied pressure, formation fluid is still harder to drive out.It can be proved by instance of well cores pressure mercury data. By establishing relationships between data of dynamic mining degree and the averagr radius of pore throat shows thatunder the same mining time, the moisture content of formations with high averagr radius of pore throat is higher than that with low valuse.

Abstract: With the rapid development of gas enterprises in this natural gas era, lean management of production and operation (especially, upstream-downstream gas source allocation) became an important premise of their long-term stable growth. Purchase and sale of gas source are the core business of gas enterprises. To maintain a stable growth, gas enterprises have to enhance the informatization of gas source management by constructing an advanced and high-efficient gas management system. To provide useful suggestions to the construction of gas management system, this paper analyzed the characteristics of gas source management and associated businesses of gas enterprises and studied the system platform technology.
