Abstract: Emergency is one of the main factors affecting the operation security and reliability of urban mass transit system. In order to improve the ability to copy with sudden accident, the Emergency Passenger Flow Guidance System was adopted, which can realize the effective guide of passenger flow under the emergency. On the basic of the study of passenger guidance technology and the design of the passenger guidance system, this paper takes Beijing urban rail transit network as an example to simulate the process of emergency passenger flow guidance. The result shows that the passenger guidance can ensure the security and open of the urban rail transit network to some extent through effecting passengers' travel plans.

Abstract: Road safety from various environmental disasters has gained much attention during construction project. Global warming has changed the weather patterns, such as regional torrential rains, heavy snow, and severe cold, and these irregular weather changes have brought huge amount of physical and human damages. In winter season, road freezing caused by snow or icing condition has increased the traffic accidents: traffic mortality is larger in winter than other seasons. In this paper, snow melting mechanism on road pavement by solar radiation and the effect of shadow and temperature is analyzed. Also, numerical analysis on snow melting is performed to provide the guideline of road design considering the solar radiation in an effort of mitigating the road freezing and reducing the traffic accidents in winter.

Abstract: With the development of urban mass transit, the metro system has become the backbone of urban transport and attracted a large scale of passengers, which tremendously affect the security, efficiency and service level. Therefore, the early warning of metro stations is the key to safety insurance. In this study, we took Guomao Station as the empirical study, calibrated the threshold value, established the warning index system and proposed some measures to guarantee the operation in Guomao Station and verified the feasibility and practicability of the early warning methodology.

Abstract: The paper combines project cost estimating field features,enhance the ability of managing tacit knowledge and increase the organizing level and applying benefit of case.The technical thought and system working process of case-based reasoning ( CBR ), are introduced and analyzed in detail firstly in this paper, and discuss the introduction of CBR in the engineering field knowledge management on this basis. Meanwhile,integrate specific engineering practice case--XX Roads Comprehensive Renovation Project, do further research on the engineering cost estimation system of knowledge management applications based on case technology, and achieve knowledge reuse and innovation, as well as the shared values of knowledge resources.

Abstract: Urban water is an important part of urban water systems, Predicting urban residents water is the important work to ensure urban people's lives and to achieve urban water resources supply and demand balance. For BP algorithm existing problems in the training process, this paper uses resilient BP algorithm to improve it. Firstly, analysis of the impact factors of urban residents water for adjusting the prediction model; Then, the study on resilient Back Propagation algorithm, to overcome the adverse effects of gradient amplitude; Finally, the study identifies number of hidden nodes, dynamically adjust related parameters, data normalization and so on predict key steps. The results show that the convergence rate of resilient BP algorithm is faster than increased the momentum item of BP learning algorithm and variable learning rate of BP algorithm , it is simple to achieve and does not consume too much memory.

Abstract: This paper investigates the construction of large loading point. It is a very complex project, because there are many factors can sway the selection. In the environment of the amount of resources uncertain, the location models use bi-level programming is established in the alternative point. Finally the example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: With the development of society and economy of China, levels in urbanization and motorization levels are in a rapid growth, triggering a series of problems in socio-economic efficiency and the quality of residents, resulting in the relative lack of supply capacity. From this point, a analytic hierarchy process based on the acquisition of the economic attributes in the whole city's main transport was used to clarify the structure of urban traffic optimization goals ordered by priority modes of transportation in the evaluation system.

Abstract: On the basis of fire data reported in Wuhan Police Annual 2010 and Wuhan Evening News in 2009, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal distribution of fires in urban areas of Wuhan by researching the occurrence rate and time quotient of fire. The analytical results demonstrate that in spatial scale, the fires in Qiaokou, Jianghan, Qingshan and Hanyang are relatively frequent, while in Wuchang, Jiangan and Hongshan, they are less frequent; in temporal scale, the frequency of fires is imbalanced in different month of the year and in different period of the day. The author puts forward some targeted and constructive suggestions after discussing possible reasons.

Abstract: On the basic analysis of different condition of ventilation, the Autoregressive Moving Average (ARMA) time series is proposed to predict the traffic flow and solve the problem of energy-saving in highway tunnel. ARMA disposes of the non-linearly condition in space and the issue of time-delay. At last, on the combination of project instance, the strategy of fuzzy logic control is confirmed under the platform of ventilation system, meanwhile the feasibility of the model is testified in Energy-saving of highway tunnel.
