Abstract: Modeling and Design of geospatial database logic model is one of the core elements of land and resources data management platform system. From the management of PublicPropertyGroup code tables, feature attributes PropertyTable management, LayerElement features management and theme maintenance management of these four aspects, this thesis was concerned of methods and steps of land resources geospatial information database logic model and a detailed description of its implementation and data from related tables. Thus, in this paper, a new land resource spatial database logical model design patterns was presented and would provide a reference for the relevant application of other geospatial information services field.

Abstract: Information technology includes neural networks, ontology technology, expert system, and so on, and the growth model can predict and manage growth conditions of fruit trees. The traditional expert system has shortcomings of poor self-learning ability, so the improved expert system is used to perform diagnosis of diseases and insects of fruit tree. Firstly the ontology is used to collect related symptoms of diseases and insects of fruit trees, the expert system and neural network are combined to build the prediction model of diseases and insects of fruit tree, then the conclusions of the diagnostic process are regarded as the input neurons and output neurons of neural networks, and are diagnosed by expert, so the prediction models of disease diagnosis of fruit trees are made. The models can implement the function of expert diagnosis and prediction, and provide technical support and management decision for the growth management of fruit tree, greatly improving the diagnosis efficiency of diseases and insects of fruit tree.

Abstract: The freeway emergency management is an important way to response the emergencies timely and to reduce the losses of personnel and property. In this paper, the freeway emergency management is made as a research object to analyze the insufficient of the existing freeway emergency management and explain the freeway emergency management systems function and data management, then by the GIS platform in the treatment of emergency, proposes the freeway emergency management system based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Finally, by using the concrete example in the freeway command, the feasibility and the validity of the system are justified.

Abstract: The slow traffic flow is composed by walking and bike driving. Characteristics of slow traffic flow are fast start and slow speed. The slow traffic and vehicle flow are driving at the same time will cause traffic conflict. The slow traffic priority will be to improve safety and traffic efficiency at the signalized intersection. In this paper, the current problems of slow traffic are analyzed. Combined with the analysis of geometric characteristics of different types of intersection, the principles and implementation conditions of slow traffic priority at the signalized intersection are proposed. From the space priority, the measures of slow traffic priority are proposed at the signalized intersection. From the time priority, slow traffic priority signal timing design flow is proposed.

Abstract: In view of the theory and application of knowledge base, this paper elaborates the construction of knowledge base to integrate the resources of Poyang Lake region library and promote the cultural construction and economic development of the Poyang Lake region. Building the Poyang Lake region knowledge base can make leaders at all levels, foreign experts, readers quickly and easily understand the history and current situation of the various resources of the Poyang lake region, it externally plays an important role in propagandizing the cultural resources and attracting investment and developing tourism resources and promoting economic development. Finally, the paper emphasizes on discussing the selection strategies and service pattern of Poyang lake regional library knowledge base.

Abstract: The frequent occurrence of disasters make people pay more attention on disaster education, but the situation of primary and secondary school on disaster education in China is not ideal. The paper verified the viewpoint from the analysis of documents on the theme retrieved through CNKI. The paper proposed the point above and proposed an improvement strategies model to improve the situation according to the analysis of the data collected for the paper.

Abstract: Mobile agent is one of the most prominent technologies believed to be playing an important role in future e-commerce. After presented an intelligent e-commerce model based on OBI ( open buying on the internet) , we developed a modified approach for the security of mobile agents and e-commerce, and designed an intelligent shopping algorithm based on variable time negotiation function. The presented model has been evaluated by simulation experiment. It has been found that the presented model is efficient.
