Abstract: This article has carried on the silicon ash content under the condition of 10%, and different rubber particle size and different dosage of silica fume rubber modified cement concrete in all kinds of performance testing, such as: the experiment research on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and strong noise reduction performance. Experimental results show that silica fume can help improve the compression, splitting and flexural strength of rubber concrete, ratio of fracture and pressure and ratio of tension and compression of concrete are improved greatly after adding silica fume; With the increase of rubber particles, dynamic modulus of concrete decreased, noise reduction effect of silica fume concrete is significantly modified .

Abstract: The smoke generated from building fire prefers to the vertical shafts such as the stairwells and elevator shafts, due to the temperature differences. The smoke movement is of vital important in the vertical passages. The numerical simulations for the natural smoke extraction via elevator shafts are conducted, that provide the impacts of the gaps around elevator doors, the sizeable top vent in the shaft and the location of fire source, on the amount of smoke exhausted. The results indicated the feasibility of natural smoke venting through the elevator shaft, which will increase the neural pressure plane upward near the total height of the high-rise via increasing the top vent area. The gaps around elevator doors have less impact on the smoke extracting compared to the size of top vent. The floors above the neutral plane would be smoke-free and that increase the life safety of habitable areas.

Abstract: Enterprise quota is the foundation of project cost management. With the appearance of advanced construction technology, enterprise quota should be constantly updated and improved, so as to improve the level of enterprise cost management. This paper studies the impact of construction technology on cost management based on enterprise quota, and then demonstrated by the Value Engineering. From that, we know the advanced construction technology can help enterprise save the cost and improve the economical benefits.

Abstract: Traditional cost control methods include cost estimation, planning, accounting, and repetitive control. However, they are not able to desirably solve large-quantity, time-dependent, and other non-mathematic issues related to cost control. This paper studied cost control by means of fuzzy control technology: establishing the cost fuzzy control system, fuzzy reasoning, and fuzzy control process (rule). By case analysis, it is found that the fuzzy control system of cost control can output control measures based on different input information, that it can accordingly choose and process adequate schemes of management, and that applications of exact mathematical models concerned are not necessary. This method is simple to be applied. Its application is efficient for scientific and computerized management of cost control. It can also be used to improve the level of project cost control.

Abstract: The inverse analysis method based on genetic algorithm has been widely applied, but the general genetic algorithm is not applicable to the objective function as a non-analytic formula, so that the clear target function formula is often difficultly been obtained in the practical engineering. In order to solve the problem, the historical data are studied by neural network with the neural network embedded into the genetic algorithm, so as to establish the effective neural network model to replace the target function formula. At the same time, the corresponding fitness function is constructed for the optimal calculation. This method has been used for the inversion analysis on the initial damage of concrete, and the mechanical parameter inversion method is put forward based on the uniform design-genetic algorithm-neural network ensemble theory. Moreover, the method is verified by a calculation example, the results show that the initial damage value of concrete can effectively be obtained.

Abstract: This study developed an information lifecycle-oriented information management system model for architectural design industry by combining information lifecycle theory with information management system for architectural design industry. In addition to improving weak/complicated processes during information management for architectural design industry, this integrated model merged information lifecycle theory on routine information management operations, and therefore enhances business sensitivity of information management and promotes effectiveness of information management. Furthermore, with the information management process reengineering, this paper studied the theory and framework of information lifecycle flow based on information process mechanism on integrated information management phases for architectural design industry. The paper established an analytical framework for the study of the process and mechanism of disaster information process reengineering and taking the architectural design industry for example, this paper analyzed diversified phases of integrated process for information management of architectural design industry. Key outcomes of this study include the demonstration and assessment of the information process mechanism and information management for architectural design industry based on information lifecycle theory. This study established a new direction for future research on information lifecycle-oriented process reengineering for architectural design industry.

Abstract: Study on agriculture disaster management has recently witnessed significant progress while still remains some open problems. Therefore there is an indisputable value in building the agriculture disaster domain ontology. This study provides a proper method on the organization and expression of agriculture disaster information resources, and constructs the agriculture disaster domain ontology, which meets needs of users who are usually from difficult hierarchies. The study concludes that the construction of agriculture disaster domain ontology help users to distinguish truly useful information from a broad array of information, seek scientific imperial measures and treatment methods, and create favorable conditions for the development of the agricultural economy.
