Abstract: A multi-objective model is proposed, for export yard space allocation problem in container terminals, with the objectives to minimize the total distance to transport containers and the workload imbalance between blocks. An improved linear efficacy coefficient method is proposed to deal with both objectives in order to formulate the problem as a single-objective integer programming model.

Abstract: According to the coordinated development connotations of regional culture and economy, set up index system and used the coordination degree model to measure the coordination development state and process between culture and economy in Hebei Province based on relevant statistical data from 2004 to 2011. The results showed that the development of culture and economy in Hebei province has experienced five stages. The development degree and the growth of cultural industry were the main factors to promote the coordination degree. Finally, made some recommendations based on the results.

Research on the Model of Integrated Resource Planning Based on Externality Costs of Renewable Energy
Abstract: Renewable energy generation technologies have lower externality costs but higher private costs than fossil fuel-based generation. As a result, the choice of renewable in the future generation mix could be affected by the industrys future market-oriented structure because market objectives based on private value judgments may conflict with social policy objectives toward better environmental quality. A multi-period linear programming-based model (Resource Planning Model) is used to characterize todays electricity supply market in China. This paper incorporated the externality costs and outage costs with the long-term resource planning model in an open market. Also, the model has the objectives of maximizing the total social value. Meanwhile, the discount rate is used in the model to capture the dynamic change of different costs. A set of integrated models have been developed with some limitation, such as generation limitation, capacity limitation, annual electricity limitation, demand and demand state limitation. At last, applying the model for the resource planning of Yunnan Province in planning period shows that the decrease of the share of fossil fuel generation and the increase of the renewable energy generation which evaluates the reliability and validity of the model.

Abstract: Based on the past research on overconfidence, we present a model of an overconfident retailer who has biased belief on variance of demand. We investigate the deviation on orders and profits between him and the rational one, and then prove that what the relationship between profits and overconfidence level is. Because the overconfident retailer's profits are always less than the rational one's, we discuss how supplier could take contractual mechanisms to achieve the maximize profits of supply chain, when confronted with an overconfident retailer.

Abstract: We all know that the interest is the best teacher. And it is also well known that higher mathematics is difficult to study curriculum. It is important to arouse the interest of higher mathematics. Computer assisted instruction (CAI) has an importance on modern teaching methods and it is also an effective one. In this article we consider the interactive activities between the computer and teaching activities. On the one hand is the theoretical link between the teaching and the computer, i.e., we want to let students know the application of the theoretical knowledge. On the other hand is the computer's application on teaching, i.e., we want to use the CAI to arouse the students interest of learning of higher mathematics. After the discussion we draw the conclusion that the CAI has an effective aid on higher mathematics teaching. And we also consider some questions of CAI.

Abstract: Value pursuing investors pay attention to the accounting and financial report of listed companies. As a newly start market, the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) board has attracted more attention than other firms. Cluster and discriminant analyses are applied to study sample data of 38 SMEs accounting and financial reports of 2005.Results show that these enterprises are different in the capabilities of return, growth and expansion development. It is concluded that cluster and discriminant analyses are useful for investment value analysis.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the transaction security in C2C e-commerce, this paper proposes an evaluation model based on cloud model theory. The created definition of the trust cloud and the standard cloud in the valuation model show the ambiguity and random of the trust and realize transferring quantitative data to qualitative data. This paper puts forward the synthesis, similarity calculation method and realizes comprehensive evaluation and decision-making based on trust cloud. The calculation examples show that the model is feasible and effective. So, a new trust evaluation model based on cloud model theory can make evaluation result more objective and real results.
