Abstract: Photovoltaic is Boundless energy. The development of modern technology on solar cell and implementation for change solar energy are into electrical energy to serve as backup power. The installations of the solar cell was tilt angle about 10 degree,(EGCO, 2013). The researcher should be rechecked the proper tilt angle for Nakonratchasima. So, set up two test sets. Frist set can adjust the angle and the second set cannot adjust the angle. Set adjustable resistor for load 1 kΩ by adjusting resistor 10% -95% such as 10%,15%,20% etc. Measured voltage and current to be appropriate for the resistance and solar cell, which is equal to 75% or equal to 750 ohms for all tests. The energy from the solar cell be measured for a period of 12 days from 08.00 am - 16.00 pm. Record voltage and current both sets every 15 minutes from 5 degrees to 60 degree by adjust the angle 5 degrees per day. All the measured data to determine the data transfer in the horizontal plane. The research found that the proper tilt angle of the solar cell is 15 to 20 degrees for Nakonratchasima.

Abstract: The energy crisis and worsening ecological environment has become the biggest threats to human life. Using solid biomass fuel can effectively relieve these hazards. According to empirical analysis on peasant households' willingness of using solid biomass fuel, the results show that age、education and incomes of the farmers' families, energy satisfaction ,energy policies, farmers for solid biomass fuel concept cognitive degree, farmer's awareness of environmental protection and safety consciousness biomass fuel for farmers to buy solid has significant influence. Therefore it is suggested that implementing energy subsidies and strengthen the concept of product positioning that can expand propaganda in solid biomass energy and promote the impact peasant biomass fuel industry development of solid.

Abstract: The density functional theory (DFT) and nonequilibrium Green’s function methods to study the micro-structure, transmission pathways and the current density of graphene ribbon (GR). The thermal transport properties were calculated by the properties of electron transport using the classical function. The results showed that structure has strong effect on the electron transmission pathway of GR. In one side defect GR, the electron transmits mainly through the defect-free side. It shows that the more defect in GR, the more heat transferred by the electrons.

Abstract: Constructing a solar house with a solar vacuum tube heat collector to produce hot water , and using hot water to drive the low-temperature floor heating system for heating. The test results indicate that the indoor average temperature (IAT) would be 7.62°C under the condition of no solar radiation and the outdoor average temperature (OAT) at 2.17°C, ,and then it carried on the heating compensation system, the IAT reaches to 16.35°C when setting the heating water flow is 0.1m/s ,inlet water temperature is 45°C,at 5°Ctemperature difference; When the average intensity of solar radiation is 62W/m2 and OAT is 5.15°C, the IAT is 12.74°C, at the same heating conditions , the IAT reaches 19.74°C by floor heating, and it can control the indoor temperature in a comfortable area ,so the floor heating system has a clear effect on the peak load shifting of house heating.

Abstract: hrough analyzing problems brought on change detection methods of high-resolution remote sensing images, a novel change detection algorithm is proposed. First, feature images of image’s objects extracted using oriented-object method serve as data of input vector to estimate sub-space for Independent Component Analysis(ICA), which can improve effect of noise suppression, simultaneously, a new algorithm using self-adapted weight is proposed in order to extract image’s object, which optimizes processing method on oriented-object deeply;new partitioning scheme using undecimated discrete wavelet transform(UDWT) overcomes effectively prominent problem which shrinking of the size of input vector becomes leads to unprecisely estimation of sub-space for ICA. Compared with typical algorithm, such as ICA and UDWT, simulation results show that new algorithm improves robust and veracity of change detection for high-resolution images greatly.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a visual method of detecting pop-cans based on AdaBoost Algorithm. This method, is basing on the idea of AdaBoost Algorithm, and we use Haar Feature and LBP Feature to extract pop-can characteristics respectively. Finally we compare the differences of the training processes and the experiment results between these two detectors. It shows that these pop-can detectors that are trained by this visual method have high detection rate and speed.

Abstract: Grey prediction model is a model to predict the trend maturely, its application in the subway safety monitoring is of great significance. Set up by MATLAB software to complete the grey prediction model, and take the surface monitoring point for example, Comparing the prediction value with the actual measured value, analysis by the accuracy, obtain the trend of surface change around the subway station.

Abstract: The traceability of underwater electric field sensors is to track the most essential reason for underwater electric field generated by the sensor.When exploring marine electromagnetic field by underwater electric field sensors ,the underwater electric field sensor calibration traceability of the underwater electric field directly affects the final research significance .Therefore,the underwater electric field sensor calibration traceability technique is very important.The underwater electric field sensor calibration traceability is still in its infancy in our country recently .In this paper,underwater electric field sensor calibration traceability based on Ohm's law and magnetic field gradient methods are proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,which provide test methods for our underwater electric field sensor calibration and solve the bottleneck problem of underwater electric field measurements.

Abstract: This document utilizes CFD simulation method to confirm the distribution of a new dormitory under the condition of natural ventilation and get the visible result and analyses the result of simulation and monitor. Because of the sealing of the room is nice, the result of the simulation value well agree with the true monitor value. By use of CFD simulation method the detailed result of indoor velocity field and pollutant concentration can be get easily. This document provides a method and theory to do further research on indoor pollutant concentration of different conditions, such as different exhaust system, different exhaust volume and different pollutant resource location.

Abstract: The current harmonic detection method is an important part in the control of active power filters used in power systems, since inaccuracy in harmonic detection yields to incorrect compensation. In this paper, an input observer for current harmonic detection is proposed. Firstly, a integral unit of the measured current signal is introduced to establish an augment function,then based on the augment system an observer is deduced. By constructing a Lyapunov function, the stabilization of the error system between the augment system and its observer is proved, which means the observed current harmonic approaches their real values. Finally, the proposed method is validated by Matlab simulation.
