Abstract: The use of CNC machine tools signal acquisition, two-way transmission of the temperature sensor data, the ladder design and macro program guide and other methods on the implementation of a temperature sensing system of smart lubrication function. It is not only low-end CNC machine tools can compensate for deficiencies in equipment protection features and maintenance-free function, but also enhance the diversity of processing. Ultimately by analyzing the different lubrication mode, the relationship between the lubricating oil pressure and temperature and other factors, to draw the function in the lubrication in a stabilizing effect on oil pressure and control bearings and nut seat temperature. It is simple and practical, has important theoretical significance and great value.

Abstract: In this paper, a set of spindle vibration test equipment has been designed by using modern design method, on the basis of in-depth study of spindle vibration source .The device includes three parts: machinery, detection and control .In the mechanical part, using sensor fixed machine mobile systems, the design of the spindle drive part and test board was carried on respectively .In the detection part ,the virtual instrument Labview graphical programming language was adopted to form a spindle vibration test and analysis system, realizing the acquisition, processing and analysis of the vibration signal .In the control part, Yan Hua movement control cards are adopted to realize control of motor speed, through Labview programming.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems in the conventional SAGD production process, taking a heavy oil reservoir in Bohai oilfield for prototype, we design and manufacture a set of three-dimensional physical model which is resistance to high temperature and high pressure. Under the same temperature and pressure, using this physical model we made two sets of indoor experiments. The experimental results show that steam and gas assisted gravity drainage has the characteristics of high output at the early stage, dramatic decrease at the end compared with the SAGD mining, development effect of high pressure reservoir is good when using steam and gas assisted gravity drainage after steam and gas stimulation preheating, recovery of steam and gas assisted gravity drainage after three rounds of steam and gas stimulation preheating is improved significantly.

Abstract: In order to study the influence of the Two-Stage warhead penetration with obliquity angle, used finite software LS-DYNA to simulate the process of the two-stage warhead attacking double equivalence target with different obliquity angles, analyzed the influence of residual velocity, shell and inner structure strength of the two stage warhead at angles. The results show that when the obliquity angle increase, it has little affect to residual velocity, but the strength of last stage warhead shell and inner structure facing austere influence and the deformation aggravate.

Abstract: This thesis puts forward one optimal adaptive fuzzy control method based on the pure electric vehicle energy management system of the fuzzy control which has been founded already. By adding an optimizing researching model based on the conventional fuzzy control strategy, the thesis can pick up the valuable control rules based on the dynamic programming theory and also can adjust the parameter of the fuzzy controller automatically according to the system operating. These can make the sum of the energy loss reduce to the min. The experiment points out that this method makes the vehicle possess good economic performance in the same driving cycle.

Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of China's reform and opening up policy, the rapid development of the national economy and urban high-rise buildings and underground engineering increasing, many kinds of malignant fire have become increasingly complex and frequent. In the event of a fire, it may cause great loss of life, serious injuries and state property. In the absence of the necessary rescue equipment, fire brigade and emergency departments in fire and explosion engineering, engineering rescue and various natural disasters will delay the rescue, even can do nothing to rescue. This proves the forcible entry tools play a significant role in fire fighting and rescue. Therefore, the fire brigade and rescue departments should equip with efficient forcible entry tools for rescue as soon as possible.

Abstract: Owing to its high energy efficiency, high color rendering and long life, LED lamps are promising in the field of Lighting. However, it is much more important to design a secondary optical lens for the LED lamps to obtain good output efficiency and a good light distribution pattern than to light the lamps. In the field of auto lamps, LED has more advantages than the traditional lamps. In this paper, we proposed and developed a secondary optical lens design blueprint for LED auto taillights. A quasi free surface based on the cone lens for auto taillights was designed and the desired illumination was achieved. We present the design procedure of the lens. The simulation of the auto tail-lights is carried out in Tracepro 7.0. The results show that the lens can rearrange the luminous flux accurately and reasonably. An auto taillight with a uniform and rectangular luminous flux distribution is obtained

Abstract: This article analyses the importance of equipment environment screen (ESS), and analyses the intention, demand and trait of the ESS, and the relatives between ESS and equipment experiment. Besides, it analyses the ESS implement project of printed board, electronic assembly system under the screen of temperature cycle test and random shake environment, and draw some benefiting conclusion.

Abstract: This design uses Samsung ARM11 S3C6410 microprocessor and 4 wires resistive touch screen as the hardware foundation. Based on the hardware structure, the touch screen application is developed. System performance has been improved by means of the algorithm optimization of the sampled data and software filtration method, and lead to a strong practicability. In the end, three-point calibration algorithm is introduced for the offset problem of the screen coordinates, then the calibration matrix is decided by the selection of three-point, and then using software implementation to realize the calibration of point-to-point mapping relation, and finally make it more accurate in practical applications.

Abstract: Small gasoline-powered generator is more widely used in an emergency, camping, disaster relief and other occasions. This paper describes a digital generator based on TMS320F28027 solutions. The program uses 2000 series Piccolo A as the master chip to control the work of the entire generator. It has the stable output waveform and better dynamic response at different loads, and it can provide reliable over voltage, over current protection.
