Abstract: This paper discusses the problem of two-dimensional (2D) array structure optimization for L-shaped array, and derives a Cramer-Rao Bound (CRB) therein. In this work, we focus on the array structure optimization of elements arranged location, elements spacing and direction of arrival (DOA) via the criteria of CRB. By this means, optimum array structure (single source) can be achieved for a specific problem. To show the CRB performance of different elements distribution, we set fixed number of elements. On this basis, we obtain the optimal arranged location by analyzing the presented performance curve. In order to seek the law between element spacing and CRB, external conditions such as uniform distribution is included in the optimization process to simplify the design. Based on the above conditions, we conclude that the larger array elements spacing the better CRB performance within half-wavelength. In addition, the paper involved the CRB performance optimization of azimuth and elevation angles which range from-90° to 90° and shows a three-dimensional diagram for performance analysis.

Abstract: This article firstly introduces the commonly used data modes in the information construction, and then analyzes and contrasts data centralization mode and data distribution mode from the aspects of the cost of system construction, upgrade and maintenance, reliability, utilization effect and data standardization according to the characteristics of the two modes. The authors also put forward their own views and finally point out that cloud database will be the future direction of development.

Abstract: In this article,a new type of video encryption system based on complex chaotic model was proposed. The algorithm selects the more complex the chaos model,generates pseudo random sequence to used encrypt the key data of encryption process,the experimental results show that this encryption algorithm has high security,fast encryption speed.

Abstract: In this paper, we make study on the compressed matrices in the compressed sensing trilinear model-based angle estimation algorithm, whose complexity is lower than conventional trilinear decomposition-based method, due to the use of compressed matrices. And we take the problem of angle estimation for bistatic multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar as an example. Simulation results can provide reference for the choice of compressed matrices.

Abstract: In order to improve the classification accuracy of SVM, combination optimization of parameters and character choice for SVM was proposed. Improved QPSO algorithm was researched on in this paper. At the same time, simulated annealing and improved QPSO algorithm was adopted to train SVM in this paper in order to improve its training speed and diagnosis precision. At last the method mentioned above was applied to train and validate SVM using UCI data, and the result showed that this method was very good.

Abstract: With the development of society and economy, meteorological information service has been paid more and more attention. Furthermore, frequent extreme weather because of the environmental deterioration makes the accurate and efficient weather forecast more and more important. However, the characteristic of huge amount of meteorological data leads to the difficulty of analysis. The analysis of meteorological data based on data mining technique is a research hotspot currently. This paper analyses the weather elements using the method of rough set attributes reduction, which can remove a portion of factors that can be ignored in the analysis of rainfall possibility, and improves the efficiency of meteorological analysis and decision making using decision tree.

Abstract: The parallel algorithm of merge sort is proposed. The improvements of merge sort are analyzed in this paper. OpenMP is applied in the proposed algorithm for implementation. The results of complexity and execution time of the proposed algorithm indicate that the parallel algorithm approach the optimal case.
