Analysis for Bending of Elastic Bimetal Beams

Article Preview

Abstract:

The bending problem of elastic bimetal beam simply supported under homogeneous load has been investigated. A theoretical model has been used for analysis of the problem. The analytic solution has been given and compared with the corresponding results from finite element analysis. The research shows that the present applied theoretical model has good precision for analyzing bending problem of elastic bimetal beam.
