Study on the Application of the Agent Construction Mode

Abstract:

In 2004 July, the State Council "Decision on Strengthening the Reform of Investment System," clearly pointed out: "continue to deepen the reform of government investment, vigorously promote the government investment project agent construction ...", which indicates that as China's market-oriented economy gradually deepened, the government will gradually withdraw from the field of micro-economic management to macro policy research and guidance. Though the management process description and effects analysis of the Duodaohai,Rizhao project, This paper will summarize the current problems in project construction which should to overcome, and provide the focus and management experience for the agent construction future implementation of the government.
